The hotel's location is pretty decent. It's a few minutes' walk from the JR station exit, and there are convenience stores and restaurants downstairs. The room was a bit small, and the cleanliness could be improved. Overall, it's okay, and a good option if convenience for getting around is your priority.

The hotel is right next to Nagoya Station, making its location excellent. Despite ongoing road construction, there's a special pathway to access it, and the underground passage is also a very convenient option. Whether we took the Meitetsu bus to Ghibli Park or the subway to Legoland, it was incredibly easy to get around. The hotel staff were welcoming, and the place was clean and tidy. The breakfast was genuinely good. We had to pick up new toiletries ourselves each day. The iron in the room was a huge help this time. Overall, our experience was great. The only minor drawback was that the convenience store was a bit of a walk, but it was acceptable.

I've stayed at this brand's hotels many times, and they are always comfortable. They have coin-operated, fully automatic Sharp washer-dryers.

Very close to JR Nagoya Station, making JR travel quite convenient. The breakfast selection was decent. The room was reasonably spacious, and it even had a large foldable trouser press, which is excellent for business travelers.

There's a drugstore right across the street, a Lawson convenience store next door, and a 7-Eleven just a few minutes' walk away – super convenient! The hotel breakfast was pretty good. The dining area isn't huge, but there was plenty to eat, and I tried to sample a bit of everything each day. The room wasn't large, but it was incredibly clean. The front desk service was excellent. The only minor thing is that, to save costs, the hotel usually cleans rooms every three days by default (we stayed for 4 nights this time). You need to stick a 'Please Clean' sign on your door if you want it cleaned sooner, which I can understand.

Booked a random room close to my departure date and got a twin room, which was quite spacious. The service at the front desk was excellent. It's located on the west side of the JR station, which isn't as bustling as the east, but it's only a 5-minute walk to the station. There's a Lawson convenience store at the intersection and a Daikoku Drug store directly across. Plenty of food options around the station too.

I like that the room is bigger than usual Japanese business hotel. I can open my small luggage and still have space to laze around. It's generally clean. I got confused with finding it because there is another Daiwa nearby. Price is reasonable.

Next to the front desk, there are self-service amenities like tea bags, coffee, and small toiletries that you can take as needed, which is very practical for a Japanese hotel. The staff also handles check-ins in an organized manner, with clear procedures. The rooms are typical of Japanese city hotels – clean, fully functional, and suitable for a one-night stay to organize luggage and continue your journey the next day. This isn't a resort hotel; it's more like an efficient urban pit stop: take a shower, get some sleep, recharge, and head out again the next morning.

Fantastic experience! The location is superb, right across the street from the Shinkansen exit. The lobby is spacious, and there's a Lawson convenience store right next door. The room is generously sized and even has a massage chair, which is a lifesaver after a day of shopping or a hiking trip.

Very Good location. About 5 mins walk from Taiko Dori exit of Nagoya JR Station. Nice clean and Good size room. The only little feedback is for laundry room to increase the 2 washer/dryer available currently as is occupied most of the time.

This hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the Shinkansen exit of Nagoya Station. The bed was a bit saggy, but everything else was fine.

The window in the room couldn't be opened. I requested a quiet, high-floor room and got one (1901), but I could still hear the elevator going up and down. The breakfast area shares a space with the front desk, separated only by a fence. It's not soundproof at all. In the morning, a tour group checking out made it incredibly noisy. The location, however, is quite good.
