It was a good experience all together. They don’t provide your towel or toothbrush. There is only one charging outlet in the capsule. The bathroom is clean. There is hot water in the bathroom for shower. They charge 300yen for restoring luggage after checkout.

Good location, the room just nice for sleep. Not spacious. Have pc, tv, shampoo, soap, hair dryers, hair curlers or u can rent other beauty products. Towel need rent! If u put luggage after check out pay 300.

Overall 💯experience! There’s a front desk person that speaks fluent English so no worries when you can’t speak Japanese. You can leave your luggages before 9~10AM for free before you check-in at 3PM. You can also leave after checkout but there’s additional fee (¥300 if not mistaken). That’s way cheaper than the coin lockers! Got the female capsule room at the far back so the temperature’s not really cold ‘cause the aircooler fan is located by the entrance. Good thing I’m not a fan of cold weather/temperature, so I can still sleep better. Toilets, Shower room are clean but depends on your roommates’ use~ Luggage storage near the room is just OK, was lucky there’s still a lot of space when I used it, but there’s also another storage in the lobby that I believe everyone can still use. Towels, loungewears, comb, etc. has separate fees and there’s no free slippers. Btw, from lobby elevator up to the rooms, wearing shoes are not allowed so you might want to bring one. Nevertheless, it’s a budget friendly capsule hotel so that’s acceptable!

Good location and service

The check-in desk was well staffed when I arrived & my lack of Japanese & decent IT skills wasn’t an issue. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the only thing I didn’t love about the design of the dormitory was the steps to the upper bunks - they prevented wheeled bags being pushed easily past them (for unpacking & repacking). In other capsule hotels, the steps are built in to the front of the capsules, the don’t lean against them and take up floor space. On departure day (10 am check-out), I checked out at around 9.40 and made myself a Noodle Pot to eat at one of the tables opposite the desk, before leaving for an 11.06 Shinkansen. Nobody questioned this but all of the Japanese-speaking guests who checked out after me appeared to be told that they couldn’t stay, even for a coffee - they had to go and stand outside.

It is a busy hostel with cubicle bed and very small if you are claustrophobic. The venue is near to train station. Only set back is there is no space to put your luggage beside your bed. You need to put your luggage outside the room and it makes taking stuff difficult. There are washing machines and towels for rental. important to remember to remember your passcode to access the room. For the ladies, there is the make up area, toilet, basin, and separate shower rooms.

Clean and located near JR Station . They also offer a convenient luggage storage service at reception for just 300 yen.

Very convenient for a solo traveler and its cheap. No need to book those luxury hotel since you will be spending most of the time exploring the city, and then just come home to sleep. Its safe place and very near to subway stations,convenience stores and restaurants. And the hotel has coin laundry washer and dryer every floor area,no hassle looking for laundry shops. I will come back for sure.

Stayed for the first time in a mixed dorm and surprisingly it’s all good! Just the capsule is a bit too short when I am only 157cm and I found it a bit hard to find good posture to sleep. But i did sleep soundly that night lol.

Not far from Nagoya station. Stayed at a 20 beds ladies dorm with 3 shared showers and 2 toilets . After check-in,no baggage storage is free, need to pay 300. But before check-in is free. The engine inside the room was always very noisy the whole night, wonder if it was for the air circulation. No skincare products for the face are available for use.

staff was super helpful! check in was smooth. the stay wasn’t the most comfortable as i got a bed that was way too short so i had to sleep with my feet hanging off lol….. also the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest i’ve ever experienced. but overall i was happy with the price and location!

Positives: Nice location, close to the station. It was clean and quiet. Bathroom was okay Negatives: Capsules lacked a fan, it can get stuffy at nights. They want you to pay for everything (towel, all other necessities), even for storing your luggage after the checkout, which is free in all other places.
