Location is not far from the train station. Staff were very courteous. Room size is expected of Japanese hotel. Breakfast was given coupons to be used at Mister Donut. Stayed for 3 nights. Highly recommended

Breakfast is at Mr. Donut next door. This hotel doesn't provide breakfast by itself. For this matter, they don't deserve credit for breakfast. The rooms are extremely small. This hotel has no car parking facilities. They asked me to find public car park by myself. This service is very bad. The hotel staff said the vertical car park next door doesn't welcome foreigners. Don't know which nationality they don't like.

Very pleasant stays. Room though small but clean and bed comfortable. 5 mins walk from Meitetsu Nagoya station that has a direct train from Chubu airport. Very conveniently located with many choices of restaurants nearby.

Hotel located 5 minutes away from Nagoya station and it's near the night izakaya street. There is a Mister Donut shop right below the hotel and convenience stores available around. Super convenient for business travellers!

The hotel location is good, the breakfast at donut shop is very nice, my kid love that very much. The room is comfortable

Small room but located in a convenient location and comfortable. My room has a window but it does not come with a view, it faces the wall of the other building. Easy to get around though from the hotel. They have amenities at the lobby which you can bring back to your room to use too. The PJs are at each lift lobby in your room levels for you to take.

Nice location with high standard of Sotetsu brand !! Clean, nice staff, many amenities, self check-in & out is so comfortable. I reserved this room type with king bed size with more space than general. Please be aware thar almost hotel in JP is very tiny. So, This room size is over my expectation. Always choose the hotel of Sotetsu brand !!!!

connecting room, clean and tidy. very suitable for family. bed is comfortable. lots of daily necessities are provided at the lobby. the breakfast is limited choice but valuable.

Walking distance to Nagoya train station and good location … near to eateries and others … Room is good for 2…

Clean and comfortable stay. Room was a bit small but can’t complain at all for the price I paid. Make sure you check your hotel address as there are two Sotetsu Fresa Inns near Nagoya Station.

Really convenient location, close to the train station. We loved the donut shop downstairs for an easy and quick breakfast. It was also easy to find because of the donut shop 😉 The staff was very friendly and helpful! They had a huge selection of toiletries downstairs where you can just take what you need - love it! No unnecessary waste! And they even had free face masks! The room was simple but clean and comfy. Would recommend and book again!

Shared a connecting room for our family 4, which was adequate for us. Amenities are provided too (even facial masks!), and there is a vending laundromat on one of the floor too. Location is near to Nagoya station, and there are a lot convenience and restaurants nearby.
