Mango Hotels Nagpur

Hotel was bankrupt and this hotel does not exist. So i could not stay here. I want to make sure whether i made pre-paid or not. Can you tell me payment status?

The rooms were not up to standard and the staff was not listening to my request. Overall the standard of service has gone down over a period of time

Very bad experience this time. I m very disappoint- not good sarvice, not a good behaviour staff, not a good food quality. Used towels in room.

I am a solo traveler and I booked this hotel on recommendations of one of my hotelier friend. And am happy I took his advice. This hotel is perfect and in the centre of city it was very convenient for me to travel anywhere from this place. Services were very and rooms were very clean. And I am glad I met with Sharma sir( general manager ) he made my stay even more comfortable with the services he provided me. Thank you Kaushal Sharma sir.

Everything is good after hole day work will get satisfactory stay in hotel. And get fresh in good environment.

I had booked 1 night stay in the mango hotel in dec21. I had booked a mango comfort room for me, my wife, and 2 yr old daughter. Below is the detailed review: location: located in a busy area near the railway station. Metro work going on so lots of traffic on the main road. If you want easy connectivity to the train station then book this stay else avoid it. Room: they only have 1 comfort room per floor (as per reception. The room is dirty as hell. You need to keep your slippers on while using the rooms. I will add all the photos for reference. They gave me a room on the 1st floor which was in very bad shape. No sufficient light, few lights not working. Toilet not cleaned and just beside the room window is electronics junkyard so people keep working and making noise of hammering and breaking electronic goods. So I asked for a room change and reception said they don't have any other comfort room as usual. I insisted and fought with them for a good room and then they quickly provided me comfort room on the 2nd floor. There was not much difference but I would rate this room as 2/10 as compared to the previous one -2/10. Service: there is no 24hrs hot water. You need to be kind enough to take a shower in the morning. Food is very bad. You will have to take your own clean towels as their towels are very very dirty.

I stayed before, at that time it was a very nice hotel with luxury ambiance but this time it is like pathetic.
