Ulasan Southwest Grand Hotel

Beautiful new hotel smack in heart of Kokusai Dori. Was impressed with room size and amenities.

We booked our stay here thinking that, for the hefty price tag, access to a lounge would be included as standard. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to learn that wasn’t the case. Had we known this upfront, we likely would have chosen a different, more affordable hotel *WITH* a lounge access. That said, the location is fantastic if you want to be right next to the action of Kokusaidori. The facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are incredibly spacious, which was a nice surprise. A highlight of our stay was the restaurant staff, who were exceptional. Breakfast was first class, with high-quality ingredients and a pastry selection that was probably the best we've had at a hotel in Japan. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of, adding to the overall positive experience during breakfast. Overall, while the price didn't quite meet our expectations, the excellent location, impressive facilities, and outstanding service—especially from the restaurant team—made the stay memorable.

Location very good walking to naha street. But thry sure include free parking for guest. Charges 1500 per night. Will stay there again.

Very convenient location for transportation and shopping in Naha down town.. Nice Swimming pool experience.

Hotel is very new and modern. The beverage in the room all are free. Good location. Will back again for sure

The room was big, the staff were friendly and helpful, the location is great, the pool and jacuzzi was fun. Overall stay was great for me and my kids. If we have the opportunity to go there again we’ll stay there. Thank you!

Great ，swimming pool is so amazing. I’m afraid it’ll be much better if the letters on the Key card are larger ，too small to distinguish for the senior Taxi drivers 🧐

I loved the hotel spent the whole morning there. The hotel also gives two free drinks which is super nice and the amenities are really pretty.

Five star with a personal feel. Great coffee in the lounge room, gym would befits from a yoga mat or two but otherwise a great experience! (We stayed at 4 other places on the island and this was miles ahead)
