Hotel Romantik di Naha, Okinawa

Conveniently located close to the red light district and walking streets. Just a short drive to the airport and Itoman area. If you are driving anything but a K-Car , you will find it difficult to find a parking spot nearby. It doesn’t help when anything taller than a Mazda CX-30 doesn’t fit inside the hotel parking lot. So if you’re on a road trip and need to stay around this hotel, choose your car carefully. For a Japanese hotel, the customer service is definitely lacklustre. I’m happy with self check in, but when the machine doesn’t work it’s not very welcoming when the disgruntled staff are don’t feel happy to help. The swimming pool looks amazing , but in both mornings I was there, they opened the door 15mins late. If you like a morning swim and expect a pool to be open at 7am before heading out, this is not the place for you.

It could have been a 5/5 but on the last day, we asked for one hour late checkout & was denied even though we paid to upgrade to a suite upon check-in. To make matters worse, we asked to borrow two towels at checkout so that we can go to the pool to relax before heading to the airport and they said NO. Unbelievable

Location and scenery are good. Staff are nice and helpful. Room is clean and tidy with simple interior design. In particular, TOTO NEOREST all functions are pretty good and warm. We stayed 2 nights as the last stop in exploring Okinawa. Overall Okinawa scenery, food and accommodation are awesome. Would recommend Anteroom to friends to experience home hospitality.

The hot spa was nice but the staff didn’t seem like they knew much. Parking is confusing, I arrived early was told to park at the parking tower then was directed to park to a lot of the right. Had to tell them about my parking then they charged me 1800 yen. Note there’s a 800 yen parking lot across from the hotel.

The rooms were a little small for a 5 star, and breakfast items were nearly over by the time we came on both days. Not very impressed with the hotel though the location was great, but not a 5 star in my view.

地段很不錯，附近地勢平坦，走路去哪裡都很方便。樓下很近的地方有兩個便利店，泊港走過去也很近，可以乘船去渡嘉敷島。走去新都心也就一刻鐘時間。酒店式公寓，雖然沒有酒店那樣24小時服務，但該有的設備和服務都有，衞生搞的一絲不苟一根頭髮都沒有，比大部分賓館乾淨多了。這點非常棒！ 房間裏有廚房和冰箱，可以自己做飯很方便！衞生間有洗衣機和烘乾機，中長期逗留太方便了。基本上廚房和洗烘設備是我選擇這家condo的主要原因。有家的感覺。居然還有蒸臉的機器，每天洗完澡來蒸一下，太讚了。 和隔壁房間的隔音很不錯，住了7天沒聽到隔壁聲音，也有可能日本人都挺安靜的。但因為房間和陽臺中間有新風系統，加上西邊不遠處有條大馬路晚上有時候會聽到警車拉着警笛追趕炸街的摩託車。但多虧了這個24小時新風系統，家人感冒沒有傳染給我。 陽台上的景色不錯。可以看到泊港的海，住的很舒適！工作人員英語不錯，全程交流無障礙。

The room was nice and spacious with a great toilet and amenities. The only downside is that they do “eco cleaning” which I understand, but they won’t even make your bed, I don’t mean replacing the bedsheets but just making your which all regular hotels do. They won’t clean your cups or replace them but they won’t also give you soap to clean your cups so I personally don’t think it’s eco cleaning it’s eco disgusting. Wiping the surfaces or making beds does not increase the use of water or resources. Besides that, the staff are lovely and the breakfast is a good highlight for sure. I would like them to improve their “eco cleaning” as it just looks they are “under staffed” for cleaning services and had to come up with a new term to greenwash their intentions. I would rather them not having disposable amenities, made of plastic.

酒店剛去年才開業非常新𩓙穎， 在頂層的天際泳池雖然並不太，但也很棒，可以眺望周圍的街景. 房間乾淨整潔，位置很不錯，步行1分鐘就到國際通最熱鬧繁華的購物大街， 早餐種類不算豐富，但很精緻，味道很不錯， 這次在沖繩住了三家酒店，感覺這裏的早餐最喜歡，但是早餐時間在10點就結束，感覺有點早， 見到有許多住客在早餐結束前才匆匆忙忙趕到，因為來到沖繩的遊玩的都數是自由行的，早上都會睡到自然醒. 酒店員工服務態度很好，非常友善和禮貌！
