Hotel Nairobi dengan Gim

This hotel is worth the money you pay for. From the outside, it might not look nice but when you step in the story will change. The staff are nice and supportive. The room was not the best but it was good enough for a night before our safari trip. We didn't have time to use the restaurant but the coffee shop was good for evening chill-out.

Overall it was a satisfactory experience. We only stayed for one night, but compared to where we spent the preceding three nights, it was like heaven!

Great for a business trip. Professional staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Greeted with a smile and good espresso. The restaurant is convenient for the evening and the grilled tilapia was good. The hotel is connected to Pullman. I wish I had had the time to try out all the amenities like the gym and the pool.

A befitting and memorable opportunity to eat, dine and drink with my family. The world-class hospitality that began with a very warm welcome by Executive Chef Andreas will forever remain a permanent imprint in our Kempisky momentous brunch at Lucca. The team effort and constant attention from chefs Rachel, Janet and Brenda made our afternoon even more adorable. Chef Colvin, Kadima and Mercy at the Juice Station, Anne Lydia personally ensured that we enjoyed every moment of our stay at Kempisky. The booking Manager Grace Wanyonyi alongside Nancy N take the credit for their great hospitality. We will always look forward to another visit anytime we want a treat. Keep up the good work.

My stay was amazing, great hotel the hotel safe were very helpful great staff, breakfast was delicious choice of meal and fruits all fresh , the in house amenities was fantastic, and the location was really nice for me . Rest assured I will be visiting again. Thanks you La Maison Royal. My overall experience was above expectations due to the bad reviews. Am happy I made my own decision. I was not disappointed

Hotel is nice, very clean , water flow in bathroom is very good. Security is excellent. Breakfast also fine and all staff are so friendly and co operate , only a problem all room have not internet network, up down a lot , after change 3 room then get a room internet was good ,

The hotel was in a great location and they provided a free shuttle to the airport. The room was clean and the room service was great. We had the lamb chops, highly recommend. However, no toothbrushes were provided in the room, we also called reception asking for some and the request was not fulfilled. Despite this, we would stay again. Very convenient for our transit.

Excellent customer service and warm and friendly staff. Quickly helped me fix a meeting room booking that I made a mistake on, excellent service during the meeting, happily gave me complementary late check out. Very nice rooms, good 24hr room service with good food. Overall very positive experience. Would definitely stay again.

The building is old, but it was clean and there were no problems. The location is very convenient and the gym has a nice view.

We were a family of 5, The place is extremely clean and fresh air flowing,The receptionist were so polite and made sure we had everything we needed it’s unfortunate I don’t remember her name,However we enjoyed our stay,The meal was upto perfection the stuff were so polite in general, I would definitely recommend cloud Hotel and Suites at anytime and would definitely go back there again👌🏼 Ps:It’s located in Westlands Nairobi.
