Second visiting 254 for job workshop(Plan International)in à row...this time i was caught prudently at the rooftop bar with the alcohol mixer Bryan for the exemplaire service hé accorded my mates (Plan International) without abondining us for the Whites,you are à champion!!! And to the security personnel, you are amazing!! Park inn breakfast famille,you are the Best!

Amazing meeting rooms,very clean and spacious, I especially loved the pastry section the cakes are the right sweet 😋 and ooh my the nyama choma by chef Moha is to die for,he is very friendly and even allowed to go back for more 😀 I definitely will come back for that. Thank you

Organized a workshop with everyone staying in the hotel. Great meeting hall (Turkana) and very well attended to including audio-visual, stationary, water, - they even put a corner with fruits and cookies. Very great break time offers and arrangements, each-day, the whole week timely. For coffee lovers - there is brewed coffee. You are not left alone to deal with instant coffee (if they are coffee at all, sorry!). Great and varied food at breakfast and lunch (both buffet) as conference packages, and so are dinner options (ala carte). I am a mushroom lover and I did not see them at the breakfast buffet. Very responsive, welcoming and helpful staff everywhere you go - housekeeping (especially Nina who was responsible for our floor/room - keep up the good work Nina!!), reception (George and Anne, but others too), at the restaurant/Bar (most), at the gate (most), etc - I mean it, wherever you go in the hotel. Very clean and comfortable room (noise free from within and without). I had issues with my TV and not addressed to my satisfaction till I left - I stayed more than 10 nights.

Good accommodation but would suggest 4 pillows as standard. Excellent good value dinner options with very attentive and welcoming service. Very good breakfast choice. Improvements needed for arrival welcoming from the gate and reception staff which lack the genuine friendly Kenyan hospitality Karibu.

The customer service at Park Inn is unparalleled. I just hosted a small conference in Nairobi and would highly recommend Park Inn to anyone on a budget that wants great service and a seamless experience. While the location is a little congested with traffic, and is not safe for walking, it is very central. The Park Inn offers great bang for your buck. Rooms are spacious and extremely quiet, and VERY clean. The staff at this hotel make it a five star experience, even though the location and building are not the best that the city has to offer.

Poor Service!The rooftop bar On a Thursday night that's not too busy,about 7 people at the lounge and it still takes 30mins just to place an order.Even longer to find someone to serve you, apparently only one person behind the bar to cater to everyone. Would never repeat the experience!

I always enjoy my stays at the Park Inn Westlands. The staff recognize me and welcome me back like an old friend. Truly nice people. The breakfast is tasty and the cappuccinos are out of this world. Yummy!! The rooms are comfortable and the views are nice. Take in views of the yellow-billed kite from the roof top bar!
