HHolidayTimeThis hotel was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with everything. I loved the decor, the facilities and most importantly the professionalism of the staff. John at reception was fantastic, he recognised I was a silver member and had macaroons and chocolates out in my room. Nick in concierge was also great, they went over and beyond to help me. The rooms were a dream, the beds very comfortable, decor to dream of and a vide range of TV channels. Housekeeping brought a coffee homemade face scrub which was wonderful and made my skin feel so smooth. The roof top bar and restaurant is a must; the ambience, food, drinks and views are all top rated. This is my favourite Hilton I've been to.

A five start experience,my partner stayed in the executive suite and it was nothing short of amazing. I’d heavily recommend it if you are looking for a fancy place for staycation. This will be right up your alley. Customer service is top notch and you will find the experience comfortable and efficient. Don’t miss out on the breakfast buffet,they have very hearty meals. I did use the gym and I have no complaints whatsoever.

AAmir JamaliThis hotel is worth the money you pay for. From the outside, it might not look nice but when you step in the story will change. The staff are nice and supportive. The room was not the best but it was good enough for a night before our safari trip. We didn't have time to use the restaurant but the coffee shop was good for evening chill-out.

MMssyKayThis is the best hotel I’ve ever. I could go on and on who it how great it is. The room came with a huge sitting area and had the skyline of Nairobi at night. It had a washing machine , iron, two TVs (one in room and one in lounge room), a full kitchen with dish washer , microwave , coffee maker, stove , oven , refrigerator, cutlery, bar table counter and chairs. The room had the most comfortable bed ever. I slept like a baby. The hotel also had a heater outdoor pool unfortunately I wasn’t able to use it as it was a work trip and I was busy. The restaurant had the most delicious buffets and the staff are great. Customer service was excellent.

SSylIt was my first time to stay EKA. I arrived 8 hours before check-in time, having made a booking for one night. Unfortunately, my connection flight was on the same day, meaning that I wasn't spending a night in the Hotel. So grateful to have been allowed early check-in at no additional cost. A plus on flexibility of hotel management. Staff were generally warm, professional and willing to help. I will certainly be back!

PPengguna TetamuThis is a real treasure of a place! The atmosphere is old world charm, the food is fabulous at TATU. The bar is excellent with service and attentiveness to you needs. The gift shop is stellar for some nice jewelry. The facilities are clean as a whistle as they say...breakfast was outstanding with so many choices. The work out facilities are just super great, and the pool is heated. Ok, lastly the ambiance of colonial Africa just fills the air, from the art, to the breezes flowing freely through this wonderful hotel!

朝朝海暮梧Anthony, a trainee at the concierge, was super friendly and helpful. Super professionalism made my stay rewarding. The breakfast was very good but the room wifi was very weak and cannot be connected. Location is great and restaurant Kilimanjaro, riverside shuttle station are within walking distance.

MMaz686We checked in after arriving in Nairobi. The staff at hotel were really polite especially at the front desk. We were able to exchange money which was great and saved us the hassle of searching for another place. We wanted to go to the Masai Market and asked the concierge how much it would cost for them to organise a car. It was extremely overpriced at $40 for a return journey. We ended up downloading the uber app and paid around $8 dollars for a return trip! Definitely useful to download Uber! The room was clean enough and we had a great night's sleep as we were shattered from the journey.
