Hotel Kolam air panas di Nakijin

普段あまり口コミやレビューは書きませんが、今回はどうしてもお伝えしたいことがあって、書きます。 マリンアクティビティカウンターでSUPを借りて遊んでいたのですが、遊び終えてホテルに戻ると防水ケースに入れたスマホがない！　SUPから水に潜ってシュノーケリングした時落としたようです。広い海岸なので、諦めていました。万が一、漂着したら連絡ください、とカウンターのお兄さんには伝えておきましたが、全く期待はしていませんでした。 帰りの飛行機に乗る少し前、妻のスマホに電話があり、「スマホ見つけました！」の連絡が！　どうやらマリンアクテビティカウンターのイケメンのニーニーが潜って探してくれたようです。本当に感謝です。ウチナンチューの暖かさを改めてかんじました。 ホテルは少し古いけど、ロケーションは最高です。部屋も綺麗で、良い休暇を過ごせました。

This review is more of a customer service complaint. My husband had a medical emergency and had to go to the hospital on Monday and our reservation was for Friday. It was abundantly clear we were not able to go, so contacted the hotel. I did not remember there was a week notice required for cancellation. When I explained the situation and asked if we could rebook I was met with an emphatic ”no”. This is a holiday weekend for both Japanese and Americans so I am reasonably certain they could have booked someone else with 5 days notice. I felt that they were cold and heartless and too rigid in enforcing this policy and unreasonable. Beware if you book here.

室内は非常に良かったんですが、外のソファーがカビてて座れなくて外でご飯食べれなくて、中で食べました🥲 ジャグジーは最高でした！！ 虫もいるのは当たり前なんですが、外にいっぱい死んでて、外の💡も2個以上付かなかったです。

Despite the remote location in a far corner of Kouri Island, this Villa is quite easily accessible, within walking distance to the landmark attraction Heart Rock on the Island. The openness of the Villa is unique, which may not be liked by those who require security and privacy. A dip in the jacuzzi on the terrace during the day is a highlight of our stay. We particularly enjoyed having all curtains opened so we could submerge ourselves in nature and looked at the vast blue sky of Okinawa in the sunny afternoon we luckily had during our stay in mid April.

予約サイトの写真だけ見ると綺麗なリゾートホテルとも見て取れますが、実際には辺鄙な場所に年季の入った古い建物が建ってるという印象です。初めてバックパッカーで一人でインドを旅行した時のような寂しい気分になりました。 目の前が海ですが綺麗なビーチや海岸とも少し異なります。 部屋は極めて狭く、荷物を置く台が全く無いので狭い床に広げるか、小さなベットの上で広げるかです。設備は総じて古く、壁は茶色く焼け、コンセントも不便な位置にしかない。シーツは綺麗で清潔でした。 食事付きプランで宿泊しましたが、もてなし含め食事は悪くありません。 低評価の要因は、年末年始ではありましたが、ガラガラだったにも拘らずず、そこそこ立派なリゾートホテルの繁忙期並の料金だったことに尽きます。民宿料金なら有りだと思ますが…

以前から行きたいと思っていて、特価になっていたので宿泊。私は安価で予約できたからまだ妥協できたけど(食事なし、約23,000円)、もし通常価格だったらもっと低い評価を付けると思う。 部屋からの景色は本当に最高！なのだけど、バスルーム前の水盤は苔が生えて枯葉がたくさん浮いて&沈んでいたり、網戸も破けていたり。ベランダの手摺は蜘蛛の巣がたくさん。虫がすごく多いのに隙間だらけの入口ドアも何故このデザインにしたのか不思議。プールは写真で見たイメージよりだいぶ小さい。 カーナビでは住所出てこなかったので携帯でGoogle Mapを併用してやっと到着。(かなり細い道を上がる) 清掃面や修繕対応面を改善できれば、価格に見合う素晴らしいヴィラなのではないかと思う。 虫が多いので苦手な方はご注意を。ムカデ？が何匹か排水溝から上がってきて床を這っていた。(自然豊かな場所なので仕方なく、これは改善不可能な点だと思う)

部屋はとても広く、綺麗で快適です。メインのベッドルームと、リビングダイニング、テラス側のベッドルームと大きく３つに分かれています。 テラスとお風呂から古宇利大橋が見え、景色も最高です。 朝食もおいしく、レストランと部屋でな食事が選べて、このような小さな心配りが随所に見られます。 スタッフも親切で丁寧で、滞在中に心地よい気持ちになれます。本当におすすめのホテルです。 立地的に、那覇から遠い、コンビニまで車で15分程度という側面もありますが、これだけ離れたところだからこそ大自然に囲まれて綺麗な景色を堪能できるという考え方もできます。時間がある人には本当におすすめです。
