Nice and comfortable. Sometimes being a westerner in China it is a little hard, but this hotel was good. The breakfast was also good, especially the coffee.

great hotel with great service, will definitely come back again

The front desk service is superb. On my check out date, I needed an extension of my stay and they immediately helped me to get it done. They also called house keeping to have the room cleaned and ready within half an hour. I will certainly stay in the same hotel in my next visit.

The service was great and very friendly. Then Grill and bar had great food. The decor was rather interesting. Very convenient for what I needed and easy to get a didi / taxi.

酒店非常好，環境也很不錯，房間衞生非常乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離，賓客關係主任Diana服務很熱情周到，主動幫升級了江景的房間和贈送歡迎水果，房間隔音也挺好的不影響睡眠，酒店內部的設施一應俱全，已經開始期待下一次的入住

作為五星級酒店從業者本次體驗如下（僅供參考）： 1.首先非常感謝前台汪瑩小姐姐，上午到酒店幫忙安排提前入住，安排的江景房位置很不錯景色很好，讓我有足夠的時間休息後出去遊玩。 2.其次也要感謝全日餐廳及行政酒廊，服務很棒，拌粉不愧是特色真的真的好香，咖啡豆用的不錯。 3.客房阿姨很有禮貌，見到我們會主動打招呼。 4.酒店位置很不錯，去哪玩都很方便。 5.説一下略微不足的點吧： （1）房間打掃的很乾凈，但是有一點點黴味（一方面是酒店開的時間有點久一方面是臨湖潮濕） （2）行政禮遇是有歡迎水果的，並沒有贈送。房間迷你吧是空的（可能酒店就是這樣規定？）

入住體驗很好，房間空間大，雙床的床也有1.37大小的，酒店不是一線江景，但房間還是可以看到贛江和滕王閣的，升級的江景房視野不錯😌 到店時間晚，前台辦理入住也很快，房間是安妮小姐姐幫忙升級的，還有早餐的拌粉和雞蛋湯真的很不錯👍

南昌喜來登酒店住宿體驗非常棒！酒店位置優越，地鐵站酒店旁邊，離各大商場都很近。正對滕王閣，江景房視野開闊，房間寬敞舒適，設施齊全。前台朱朱服務貼心，熱情周到，整體體驗超值，強烈推薦！

和對象住的最滿意的南昌一晚，從入住的貼心問候，到行政酒廊的經理幫忙升級房型，一覽最美麗的夜景，再到晚上行政酒廊的happy hour，之前在武漢也住過襄投萬豪的270度，在南昌同樣經歷了很愉快的度假
