This is by far the most satisfying hotel experience I’ve had this year, completely surpassing all my imaginings of what an excellent hotel should be. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the thoughtful and meticulous service made me feel profoundly “at home.” The hotel’s service is truly outstanding. The front desk staff's warm smiles and efficient check-in process instantly melted away our travel fatigue. What’s even more remarkable is their incredible “proactiveness” and “foresight”: noticing we had a child with us, they immediately prepared children's slippers and toothbrushes. When we asked about local cuisine, the staff enthusiastically and professionally offered several recommendations. I must say, Nanchang indeed boasts a rich and delicious culinary scene. Room service was incredibly prompt; whether we needed extra bottles of water for tea or other items, a single phone call ensured delivery within minutes. The most touching aspect was the care that went beyond their duties: returning from sightseeing the next day, we found a handwritten note on the table, kindly reminding us to dress warmly as the weather was getting colder. This familial concern warmed our entire family's hearts. A small incident during check-out moved us all even more: I accidentally left my iPad in the room, and the hotel contacted me immediately after discovering it. When I returned to retrieve my luggage, the front desk staff personally went upstairs to retrieve my iPad for me, saving me the trouble. This level of guest-centric thinking is truly precious. While some of the hotel's facilities show slight signs of age, they are well-maintained, fully functional, and thoughtfully designed to meet guests' actual needs. We later opted to upgrade our room for an additional charge, which proved to be excellent value for money. The upgraded room featured an extra-large projection TV, keeping our child quietly and happily entertained with cartoons, providing us with some much-needed relaxation. The mattress and pillows were soft and comfortable, ensuring a full night's sleep for the entire family. A special shout-out to the hotel for providing a “bed rail” service! For families with young children, this offers immense peace of mind—something we hadn't encountered in many other hotels we’ve stayed at, truly showcasing their attention to detail. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, strong water pressure, and quick hot water, making for a very comfortable showering experience. The hotel also offers complimentary self-service laundry, which is extremely convenient for long-term travelers. Overall, for a four-star hotel, it has all the necessary facilities, all functioning perfectly. The room's cleanliness was impeccable. From the floors to the tabletops, from the bedding to the bathroom, everything was spotless, dust-free, and stain-free. The bathroom also remained dry and bright, making it very reassuring to use. Excellent hygiene is the cornerstone of a comfortable stay, and the hotel delivered on this reliably. This stay truly made me realize that an excellent hotel not only provides a comfortable sleeping environment but also creates countless beautiful memories through its meticulous service moments. From the environment and service to the facilities and breakfast, every detail shows great care, so I had to take the time to write a positive review! The hotel has a rich history, and the lobby is large and grand, giving off a star-rated vibe as soon as you enter, though it might be a bit older. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, and it featured floor-to-ceiling windows with a night view of the train station. The soundproofing was excellent; even though it's on a busy street, you couldn't hear any traffic noise, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The public areas, including hallways and elevator lobbies, were also clean and bright. The service was outstanding, attentive from check-in to check-out. The front desk staff processed everything quickly and professionally, even offering herbal tea and patiently explaining nearby attractions. Nanchang has so much to see and do, I couldn't even get to it all, though I did visit Bayi Square and Tengwang Pavilion. During my stay, I accidentally spilled water on the carpet. After contacting housekeeping, staff arrived within 5 minutes, not only cleaning it up but also bringing extra cups – such thoughtful details. Even the cleaning staff would greet me with a smile, making me feel right at home. The facilities are also excellent; the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, hot water is stable and strong, and the branded toiletries were very comfortable to use. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room with free dryers and laundry detergent, which is incredibly convenient for long-term travelers. The breakfast was the most impressive part. The restaurant offered a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes. Freshly made noodle soups provided warmth on a cold winter day, the croissants in the bread section were soft and crispy, and there was fresh fruit salad. Staff regularly replenished dishes and cleared tables promptly. Upon check-out, I could even store my luggage for free, making it easy to explore before leaving. Overall, the stay was a perfect 10, offering incredible value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city!

Great hotel near shops and other amenities. beds were comfortable with clean sheets and towels. aircons worked well and the staff even went out of their way to find us ice when we asked if they had. No problems with the registration of foreigners.

Location is good. Easy to get to from the railway station. Beddings, towels and toiletries are all good as well.

I don't like it !!! The light is very weak. That means very DIM!!! And the bathroom ceiling is LEAKING all the time！！！The air conditioning can't control so the room is very STUFFY!!! And the cleaning lady knocked on the door for no reason and said we had checked out. I told her to ask the front desk to confirm. Then she came again. I don't understand how the front desk handled the problem.When I checked out, I questioned the front desk about the solution, and they gave me two bottles of water.😊 我不喜欢！！！光线很弱。那意味着非常暗！！！浴室天花板一直在漏水！！！空调控制不了所以房间非常的闷！！！

Very good location, close to the Nanchang railway station. Staff at the reception was extremely courteous and responsive. If I have an opportunity to come back to Nanchang again I will stay here.
