Hotel ini serba baharu dan cantik, berhampiran dengan pintu masuk kereta api bawah tanah, dengan kemudahan sekeliling yang lengkap, Tasik Ruyi mempunyai persekitaran ekologi yang baik, dan ia adalah benar-benar Mercure Garden Lakeside Hotel. Lobi hotel mempunyai reka bentuk novel dan hiasan ber***a. Pengalaman perkhidmatan keseluruhan adalah hebat. Daftar masuk di kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat bersemangat. Sebelum daftar masuk, Randy mengambil inisiatif untuk menelefon dan membuat susulan waktu ketibaan untuk mengatur bilik dan sama ada terdapat permintaan menghantar. Daftar keluar ceri di kaunter penerimaan tetamu pada keesokan harinya Kelajuan sangat pantas, dan sangat mudah bagi hotel untuk membuat tempahan lebih awal untuk mendapatkan kereta istimewa di lapangan terbang. Jenama Wyndham Garden perkhidmatan penuh yang disyorkan!

Bilik ini besar, sangat menjimatkan kos, dan tab mandi sangat selesa. Ruang istirahat di tingkat pertama mengesyorkan koktel. Perkhidmatan dan pengurusan hotel ini adalah yang sepatutnya dimiliki oleh hotel bertaraf lima bintang, tidak seperti Shangri-La tempat saya tinggal sebelum ini. Apabila saya tiba di kedai, saya rasa perkhidmatannya sangat prihatin. Pada majlis resepsi, bahasa etiket lelaki adalah seperti butler Eropah. 24 hour reception was very helpful after arriving late due to a late flight. Rooms are very modern and clean, and follow a certain artistic style. The hotel is a bit outside of the airport vicinity, only reachable via car at night (the subway closes at around 10.30 pm)

Was a bit far from the city relatively, reached the hotel at 12am and the counter was kind enough to upgrade my stay for the night. Only had a short stay as i had things to do the next day but it was pleasant.

We had a great time here. big room, big bath. it's clean and cozy. coffe machine in the room. and breakfast is amazing. many western options.

The Reception was really friendly and could speak good english (ask die Mandy) . I arrived late so the kitchen was Close unfortunately. The Staff have me a bag filled with food as a substite for free that was really considerate of them. Not alot of stuff to do near the Hotel since its suppose to bei an Airport Hotel on the positive Note IT IS really quite in the area. The breakfast was wonderful and the room one of the best in Terms of cleanliness and design i have ever seen. You really do feel Like a VIP for a small price (i paid 499 Yuan for one night.) Its honestly a good deal. I would definitely Comeback Here the next Time i need to fly from the Airport.

The room was big and clearn, but the food was not as I expected. It’s overpriced in my opinion. Not a great option for foreigners

It was first time staying at this hotel and I’m in awe. This hotel it so beautiful and clean, the room is spacious and tidy. This is definitely a 5 star hotel! The staff treated me with respect and took care of me when wasn’t feeling well. The food is the best part! Delicious food with a great variety of Chinese, Western and Japanese food. I cannot stop raving about this hotel. I’ll definitely visit again. Thank you to all the staff members, impeccable job.

Aircon doesn't work because they turned it off to save money. Room was 26℃ with the windows open and AC off as they recommended. They changed my room but even the lower floor was 25 degrees. Also found some hair (clearly not mine) in the bed and on a towel. They don't clean the rain style ceiling shower head so the ports are all clogged and I had to clear it myself to use it. There is a properly working wand shower head, but it's no excuse for the shower to be half broken.

Very nice hotel, very good service with a beautiful breakfast. The main problem we’re the rooms (we got two): the air conditioning is very noise, even at low speed.

衞生：好幾次衞生都説孫蓮英大姐和祁小紅大姐負責打掃的，打掃很利索，很乾凈，人很熱情，服務很好！ 環境：房間很大，四十多平米，正對如意湖，從窗户看夜景不錯！性價比相對五星級標準很高了！配套智能馬桶，衞生間霧化玻璃很方便！整體服務也很到位！在這邊坐月子的，餐飲也不錯！

1.四人在前台衹有一人在辦理入住。然後排隊排到我的時候，又來了辦入住的。居然和他們辦了。我是好欺負唄？ 2.走廊上到處是未回收的餐盤，是垃圾場嘛？房號很隱蔽極難尋找。 3.洗浴室的噴淋無法轉彎，花灑水也很小。衹能手持噴淋洗。堅持反人性到極致。 4.空調三個調到最低温最大風，洗完澡半個小時了。靠扇扇子才倖免再去洗澡！ 總之，全部差評，供後來者參考。
