Hotel 4 bintang Nantou yang Popular

年初三當天，我參加某個旅行社的行程，當晚入住冠悅飯店，想說明天晚上還會再住一天，就把算把衣服洗一洗然後烘乾，但衣服洗完瞭然後放到烘乾機裏烘乾，第一次烘了20分鐘，衣服還潤潤的，再丟個錢讓它再烘20分鐘，還是沒乾，後來衹好拿烘好的衣服回房間，用房間的衣架吊著讓它風乾，隔天(年初四)跟飯店的櫃檯反應，櫃檯也說他們會請人來檢修，結果年初四當晚再拿衣服去烘，想不到問題還是沒解決... 除了上述的問題外，其他的硬體設施都讓我們很滿意。

Adorei o Hotel, fiquei numa cabana que tem dois andares, as minhas meninas ficaram no andar de cima e o casal embaixo, quartos grandes, limpos e com vista para as montanhas. O local tem muito verde, ar de qualidade e muita paz. O Hotel tem restaurante e café da manhã bem servido.

There's limited selection of hotels at Sun Moon Lake particularly certain price points. The Fleur De Chine is probably the best around but runs close to $400-$500/night. We chose this due to the mid price range (under $200/night). We booked 2 nights (VIP sun room) for family of 3. When entering, we did not realize that children were charged additionally (they consider anyone over 140cm to not be a child), and then added NT 500/night fee for ”cleaning fees”. Despite arguing with them about the additional fees and not being clearly stated (”additional fees”) is all that is listed on the website, we were unable to get any progress with this. Be careful with these charges. This is an upcharge and as in most places in Taiwan, there is very limited flexibility. If you have children, do realize unless they are tiny/small, you'll get charged. The room was to be offered with a bottle of wine but did not come and only an apple sparking cider was given. The room was dated, appeared to be in the '90s, the view and location is probably its best attributes. they included a breakfast (with this package). Beds were ok, bathroom was fine and functional. This is not 5 star hotel if that's what you're expecting - would say it would be a 2-3 star hotel in the US. Also, of note there is another hotel part of this same group - that is more lower end which can get confusing (Crystal Inn) - it's probably hostel like based on the descriptions. Would i stay again? probably not. the first impression was not the best, would have wished for better details on the fees. If you want good location, this is literally on the lake so can't argue with that. If you're looking for a true 5 star experience, Fleur Du Chine is probably the place to go - it's amazing but comes with a $$ tag.

A hotel with great views and facilities. The room is spacious, but the price we paid per night draws disappointment when we noticed the state of cleanliness of the room. The curtains were dusty, window corners has webs and the most disappointing was the bathtub that has mould and dirt in it. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect location to stay in Sun Moon Lake area !

Hotel was just a 5mins walk away from the bus stop and 10mins walk away from the Shuishe pier. Service staff were polite and were able to advise on the bus to Taichung from Sun Moon Lake. Amenities in the resort is decent and the in room hot spring is awesome. The room looks a little dated though.

本次南投行最大亮點！埔里承萬尊爵渡假酒店！雖然名字取的有一點俗氣，但是我住過無數國際連鎖酒店，這間可說是台灣本土非連鎖型飯店之中小型渡假飯店裡麪小而美的代表！ 他有一個超級寬敞，有趣好玩，施工精緻(安全保護到位)的遊戲室。他有一個使用南投山泉水，精緻乾淨的泳池，小童深度的區域不再是一小塊，而是接近50%的麪積，小朋友自己都可以盡情地游泳玩水。早餐也是非常到位，豐富但不浮夸，小朋友可以吃的部分也都準備充足。客房部分除了床非常的乾淨寬敞（標準客房一大床就已經是king），浴廁乾淨，馬桶也是免治馬桶。最後接待人員都是本地的叔伯阿姨，但都非常親切熱情，該有的招呼和提醒以都不會少，細節也都很到位，簡直與連鎖國際品牌的管理不相上下，幾乎打趴國內大部分飯店以及連鎖品牌中低階子品牌。如果我是這個飯店的主人，我會非常驕傲我擁有這樣水準的飯店。

我是1/25入住606號的雙人房 一進去就聞到非常濃的煙味 就像是在KTV的那種煙味 當下立即請請房務人員協助處理 因為我有一個一歲的寶寶 所以很在意這個問題 房務他說他們已經有用臭氧機了 房務並表示那他們再拿臭氧機來 可是用臭氧機人不能在裡面 那想請問我們花錢入住的時段但是人不能在裡面 然後寶寶這個時間又想睡覺 搞得我們不知道能帶寶寶去哪裡哄睡 然後過了一小時詢問房務房間的狀況 一位男房務態度非常不好的說「我把臭氧機拿走了，窗戶先打開通風，你們等等過半小時再進去自己看還有沒有味道」 真的讓人感受非常差勁 我們並不是覺得花錢就是大爺 只是想要有一個好的睡覺環境而已 而且我們都很客氣的麻煩房務處理 因為知道過年期間上班很辛苦 沒想到卻是這樣的處理態度 非常令人失望

Cleanliness and privacy are issues here. The bathtub was not thoroughly clean or sanitized prior to stay. If you pay attention to the openings of the wooden slats between the backrest, you’ll notice they are stained = full of bacteria. Also, housekeeping pays no attention when the DND light is on. You will be disturbed! Outlets are few and outdated, and the mood lighting is low quality... Pls clean up your act!

Great location by the lake. Room was perfect for a family of four. Ample room space including a balcony with a nice view of the lake. Breakfast was standard. Hotel also offers complimentary bicycle rental.

Visited sun moon lake and held a small bday party in the room. Spacious room for balloons! The room still has plenty spaces even with two of my 1.5m number balloons. Balcony is perfect for Instagram shots, better use flashlight or else the background is lighter than your face. When we visited in December, there weren't much rain so a part of the lake close to the hotel is just muddy and brown, so just adjust the camera angle and your picture will still look nice. Close to the harbour, convenience stores, and the souvenir street. It has a huge parking lot 3 min away from the hotel, rmb to bring an umbrella in case it pours mid way. Elevators large enough to fit in a family of five with suitcases. The staff was nice and check us in efficiently. Tea and snacks are provided, and rooms are clean. They locate my granny's room next to us - really appreciate this. Overall, 10 out of 10. I'll definitely stay here next time I visit Taiwan. Btw I visited back in 2020/12 not 2021/12, trip advisor didn't provide me the option to choose 2020.
