Hotel di Nantou

The best part about this hotel (国民賓館) is its location. Bus 6664, 6658, 6659 all stop less than 80m from its entrance if you're using Nantou bus. It's along the main road which is easy for pickups if you're joining local day or night tours. Across the road from Little Swiss Garden. Even Cingjing Farm has signs along its walking paths directing visitors to the hotel. The other main benefit was that the room rates I paid on Trip.com included a pair of tickets to Green Green Grassland, Little Swiss Garden and a discounted ticket (only need top up 30TWD each) to the Cingjing Skywalk - pleasantly surprised to know this only at check-in although I knew beforehand that the room rates included basic Chinese breakfast for 2, which was another convenient point for guests. The hotel buildings and room was a bit dated, no aircon since the weather in the evening and morning is cooling. But the room, bed, utilensils and toilet were clean. The view from the room balcony and hotel garden was nice to view sunset.

這次因為家庭旅遊而住宿，整體房間大小是足夠的，床鋪與枕頭也都很舒適。以下有幾點還可以進步的地方: 1.房內地毯乾淨度還有待努力有些污垢沒有清除 2.房內電視HDMI訊源已經跑掉卻沒有發現，以致無法順利收看電視 3.房內文件匣中的紙張已經被塗鴉，卻沒有發現更新 4.晚上十二點還可以清晰聽到隔壁房浴室的流水聲，整體隔音還需要加強 5.空調聲音稍大，可以再改善。6.看起來已經沒有注意房客防疫戴口罩與量體溫事宜，是否有點太鬆懈。 7入房時可以介紹附近可以遊玩的景點參考地圖，讓遊客能更了解埔里。

Very clean room and nice owner. Our room has nice view with big balcony. The bed has heat pad so no need to worry at night. The location is right in front of the bus stop. Restaurant and 7-11 also nearby (3-5 mins walk). Recommend this place!

Kelebihan: Bilik bersih, kemas dan selesa. Kabin sama dengan kabin, tetapi tidak ada bau hapak. Bilik-bilik mempunyai balkoni dengan pemandangan gunung. Bufet sarapan pagi Kelemahan: Perancangan tempat letak kereta yang tidak mencukupi, tiada tempat letak kereta eksklusif untuk berhenti di tepi jalan. Walaupun sarapan pagi mempunyai ***a Cina dan Barat, terdapat terlalu sedikit ***a Cina. Boleh dikuatkan

Spectacular and stunning view with amazing waterfront location overlooking the entire Sun Moon Lake. A overwhelming amount of time staying this property is one of my best choices from my recent experience.

The hotel is located above the Sun Moon Lake. The view is fantastic. We booked one lake view room and one room facing the mountain. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is a bit old. The water pressure of the bathroom is very low, thus it took a long time to take a bath. The water pipe of the water basin is a bit long, it is easy to hurt your eyes if you were careless. The room lights are a bit dim while the sound of the air conditioning is quite noisy. Food varieties of breakfast is good but lack of staffs to refill the foods. You wouldn’t have much to eat if you come to breakfast lately say after 9.30am. The hotel has two car parking spaces. It is convenient and free of charge.

好的方面是酒店地理位置優越,就在村子邊緣的湖邊。那裡有一個浮動船塢 ,上麪有位置,你可以邊喝東西邊欣賞美景。離魚池鄉的商店、餐館和其他生活設施衹有步行五分鐘。酒店看起來很漂亮,是木頭造的,房間的牆和天花板也是木頭做的,有一種很溫馨很吸引人的感覺。可以免費無線上網。 差的方面,我們的房間髒得很明顯。米色地毯上幾處明顯的地方有幾塊很大的,看起來很不舒服的污跡。淋浴房的地上有一條用過的濕毛巾,這表明房間的乾淨標準和房間的準備水平都不高。 因為我們衹住一個晚上,所以也沒期待他們會給我們最好的房間,所以住在303號房間我們也不是很驚訝。房間好的一方面是湖景很漂亮(不是所有的房間都可以看到湖景),不好的房間就是房間剛好在大堂旁,所以非常吵。 前台一直放着音樂,在房間裏也聽得很清楚(我想房間的有一麪牆上裝着一個擴音喇叭)。幾個小時后我跟前台的員工說是否介意把音量調得小一點,他們答應了。雖然生意不是那麼響了,不過我們還是可以聽到。 另外一個旅行團在出發之前在大堂集合,他們說話、大笑的噪音我們在房間裏聽聲音也很大。所以如果你要住在這家酒店,我建議你要一間離前台遠一點的房間。 樓下有一個室內游泳池,如果水暖和的話就很棒。同樣按摩浴缸的水也很冷。每年的這個時候這個地方相當冷,特別晚上的時候,所以要是能在溫暖得水里游泳或是泡着,那就很棒。我們住在那的時候沒看到過一個人游泳。 現在說說早餐吧:早餐本應該從7點到9點30.我們九點到的餐廳,見到了一個麪無笑容的女士,她拿了我們的早餐券后一句話都沒說,然後就當我們是空氣一樣,當時還有另外唯一一個員工在,一個年輕的男服務員。 有很多空桌子,不過餐具都沒擺好。過了一會兒我們發現我們得自己動手,我們四處望了望,發現了一些餐具墊和刀叉后自己布置了一下桌子。然後我們就去拿東西吃了。雖然離他們的停止服務的時間還有半個小時,不過很顯然他們不會再加東西了,現在有多少就是多少了。因為這樣所以好幾次我們要吃的東西都沒了,像新鮮水果、果汁和炒雞蛋。 我向那兩個員工走去,他們在角落的一張桌子旁,離客人很遠,我問他們吃完的東西是否會再加。那個女士還是一副漠不關心的樣子,而那個男服務員則一臉茫然。 我示意他跟我過來,把他領到放食物的檯子前,給他看果汁機和炒蛋盤子都空了。他點了點頭,然後就消失在廚房裡了,過了一會兒他拿了一杯果汁過來,我和我老婆一起喝的。五分鐘以後他又拿了一份雞蛋過來給我們兩個人吃。 9:25分鐘我們離開時那個女士皺着眉頭看着我們出去。那個男服務員不見人影。 當你期待的是在台灣酒店的一般的早餐經歷——友好的歡迎,領你到桌子前,問你是否要咖啡,周到的服務,離開時對你表示感謝等——那麼日月潭儷山林國際會館跟那一比真是太搞笑了。 我和我老婆在兩個星期的台灣之行中不斷地感受到台灣人民的友好和熱情,我們對此印象深刻也很高興,所以我們不會因為這次不愉快的經歷而對台灣的印象變差。不過,如果你想好好地感受一下台灣的熱情好客,我建議你去試一下其他酒店。 (幸好之前我們沒有在酒店的餐廳裏吃晚飯,否則我們就要失望兩次了。我們去的是衹有50碼遠的富豪羣渡假民宿(Full House Resort),在一個用蠟燭點亮的花園裡吃了一餐非常有趣非常享受的晚餐。這個地方也有客房,到處都是藝術品和旅遊紀念品。在這個地區這家可能也是一個很不錯的選擇。)

Kakitangan perkhidmatan bersemangat, sarapan pagi biasa-biasa saja, tempat letak kereta terlalu kecil untuk anda letak kereta di tepi jalan, walaupun terdapat rondaan malam, soket terlalu sedikit, kemudahan berasa lama dan lokasi di pergunungan memang teruk.

地理位置不錯，雖然不是埔里最旺那十字路，但步行5分鐘就可以到轉運站，去日月潭，清境，上台北都很方便。早餐選擇多，可貼合不同人的口味。房間空間較大，夏天喝水量大，有添4瓶裝樽水，貼心。服務很好，有禮貌，前台會介紹附近地方。三溫暖需要裸湯，所以沒用上。建議自己要帶洗髮水，其中一間房有點潮味。

Have been to this property and it was an amazing stay for one night. Hotel looks are like European cottages made of wood. Rooms are also nice. Location is just 2 min walk to Swiss garden and really convenient as there is a 7eleven around and also shuttle bus stop. Cleanliness: Hotel rooms and the whole place is quite neet and clean. Service: Awesome, staff was really helpful with everything and they even allow us early checkin which was much appreciated as we were travelling with a 2 year old. Food: Nice breakfast and they even cooked some vegetarian food for lunch. Have happy hour where serve tea and snacks which will be enough for dinner. Overall this property is owned by The Old England Manor which is another best hotels in town and they maintain the same service here as well. This should be a 4 star hotel instead of 3 star.
