This place is amazing in every respect — location, cleanliness, uniqueness and friendliness. The staff here is excellent is every respect, the breakfasts were delicious, rooms were quaint, rustic and lovely. We struct a goldmine by staying here. Next time we come back to Nantucket we will be staying here and we will recommend this lovely Inn to anyone and everyone.

If you are considering where to stay while in Nantucket this is your place! Kevin Dennis and Michael were so gracious and helpful and made our stay so enjoyable. The Inn is very quiet and has been decorated and restored beautifully with a European feel. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we were delayed by weather a day but we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Breakfast was the highlight of my husband’s stay. The offerings were delicious (and beautiful)! Thank you for making our stay perfect.

Spent 3 nights here in May, right before The Season really got rolling. We loved everything about the inn. Had a large upstairs room facing the street, and there were no noise issues from cars going by or from other guests. The hotel is just a block or so off the main pedestrian areas, so you don’t have loads of foot traffic coming by the place. Our room was impeccably designed and furnished, the bedding comfortable, the bathroom spotless and the air conditioning worked well. The made to order breakfast every morning was a treat. All of the staff couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. We will gladly return.

This was our first trip to Nantucket and we couldn’t have chosen a more amazing B&B than the Union Street Inn. We knew we wanted to stay in a historic home while in Nantucket and we just loved this old whaling captain’s home the minute we walked in. The Union Street Inn was beautifully decorated and it was obvious that it has been well cared for. Our room was spacious, well appointed and the bed was super comfy. Kevin and staff were most gracious hosts. It was obvious that they genuinely cared about their guests by treating us like family. Each morning we were greeted by the friendly staff and enjoyed a delicious breakfast that was made-to-order. The location was also excellent - a short walk to the ferry, shops and dining. We were so pleased with our stay that we will definitely be returning to the Union Street Inn in the future. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

Such a beautiful and exceptional place to stay. A lovingly restored, comfortable and luxurious little hotel. Kind generous staff who went out of their way to be thoughtful and helpful - they made everything very special. Breakfast at the Union Street Inn is divine and for those of us who are gluten and dairy free it is hard to find people who will go to the lengths of providing afternoon snacks too! Thank you for a perfect stay.

Amazing personal service! Small boutique hotel that made us feel right at home from the time we arrived until we left. Room was small, but well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was served in a beautiful garden patio with a daily menu and full service. We were surprised when Kevin called us by name when we sat down. Would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic getaway. Dennis and his staff treated us like old friends- made us feel at home immediately. We appreciated the little touches at Union Street Inn- a fantastic breakfast served on the patio, mid-afternoon snacks and drinks available, and chocolates in the room. Room 5 was sweet— bathroom was cozy, but this is well advertised on the website. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great.

Our daughter had recommended this inn to us and we were not disappointed. The hospitality is excellent, the room was comfortable and appointed beautifully, the linens were great and the breakfast was delicious. And the location was just off Main Street. What more could you want?
