Hotel Naples dengan Spa

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in at a great rate. It is like a small one bedroom condo with dishes and unlimited k cups and cream. Quiet and excellent air conditioning. Close enough to the beach on Marco island and a free shuttle to the pier and close beaches with complimentary beach chair towels and a big sun umbrella. It started to rain so we called the shuttle and it appeared in less than ten minutes. Can’t wait to get back there next year.

Second time staying at the Naples Bay Resort but this was the first time in one of the cottages. Great location and only a 1 min walk to the main pool complex. We had a couple of issues with the cottage when we first got there but the resort had them all resolved within hours. The whole resort is beautiful and a short walk to 5th Avenue and Tin city. The pools and amenities are great, it was a self maintained cottage so no daily housekeeping as you would get with the hotel, if staying longer I’d like to have had housekeeping come at least once tho. The cottage was clean although attention to detail wasn’t there e.g. dust on top of pictures, bed frame etc… but generally was clean. It had everything we needed, they supply towels and toilet paper (a few) and a few other things like detergent. Kitchen was well stocked and had more utensils than we would ever use. Overall a great stay and we will be back.

酒店地理位置優越，就在繁華的第五大道上，出行非常方便。酒店邊上的Green Olive意大利餐廳很棒，且超級實惠。 房間整潔乾淨，床很大很舒服，游泳池的水像是海水鹹的😀

This Resort is 5 star. The views and beach are spectacular, nothing better is Naples. Our room in the Beach House building was awesome. Very roomy, spectacular view of the beach, and completely updated. The staff on the property was very friendly. The front desk person who took care of us was Palak. She was awesome and everyday would greet me by my name. He service truly stood out. The general manager (Carlos Macias), sent us a handwritten welcome card to our room, which was a very nice detail we appreciated. 5 star resort and somewhere we will definitely visit again. Easy to find, plenty of parking. Lobby was some what small and checkin took a while. A large structure with 4 floors and the elevators were kinda slow and one (only 2) kept being out of service. Room was clean, and enough plugins for the tech. WiFi worked well. The A/C did not keep up with the selection as it was a bit warmish in the room. Breakfast was hit or miss. Fair quality for that type of property. The room i was in had some really hard beds, i do like a firmer bed, however this was a bit much. Pretty quiet as the older construction was concrete. Gas station and Burger King within walking distance (like 5 min) and a host of other eateries very close by driving wise. Staff were friendly enough. Checkout was okay. Overall a good enough stay.
