We had a 4-night stay at the Grand Hotel Parker’s at the end of our 14-day Italy trip and it turned out to be one of our favorite hotels of the trip. I booked 2 rooms through Hyatt as a Hyatt Globalist and although globalist benefits are not included at Small Luxury Hotels, we were upgraded to a corner suite which may be one of the best rooms in the hotel as it has a private terrace (in addition to the small balcony). The second room was adjoining so it was like having a large 2-bedroom apartment for our stay. I know some negative reviews complained about rooms being old but both of these rooms were newly remodeled and were elegant and spacious. The staff here is amazing starting at check in with Martina who was just lovely and showed us to our room after checking us in. All of the 6th floor lounge and terrace restaurant employees are wonderful and go out of their way to make sure your meals and drinks are satisfactory. Antonio explained their James Bond themed cocktails and always took great care of us. We did not eat at the Michelin star restaurant on site but enjoyed both breakfast and dinner on the 6th floor terrace and the views cannot be beat. It is true that you are not on the center of Naples but the service here and the views make up for that and it is a short taxi to the city center. Finally, we had the opportunity to meet Giovanni, the owner and Chief Experience Officer our first morning. I sometimes have general managers introduce themselves particularly at Hyatt branded properties, but Giovanni went further by checking on us the next day and when he saw us at dinner he sent over complimentary meatballs and drinks. Overall, a great way to end our trip.

Stayed at this fantastic hotel with my wife and our friends. The location is fantastic right on the water and walking distance to dozens of great restaurants. The room is large and luxurious. The staff is phenomonal. Fillipo at the breakfast buffet is unbelievable and will attend to any rquest with a smile. FYI the buffet is unbelievable you will think you are at a weddeing reception. Overall this is a great place to stay in naples if you are planing to see Pompeii it was a short 35 minute ride to get there.

Hotel facilities and decorations are out of our expectation! A very stylish and newly furnished hotel. Breakfast was served on the top floor with choice of outdoor sitting, food quality and choices are excellent. Super comfy beds and room size just good. Location is a bit far from city center and around 10-15 min walk to the waterfront or central Chiara. But the stay did compensate the extra walk especially if you want to stay away from the crowds. A well deserved 5 star hotel and worth the price!

I am mixed on this hotel. I think it is OK as a crash pad but we had some difficulties with the service. I booked the hotel through the HotelTonight website. It stated that checkin is available until midnight. Upon arrival, we could not access the interior. The call box was broken and nobody answered when I called the phone number. I had to call HotelTonight and it took a little bit for the proprietor to contact us and let us in. Naples does not have the safest feel when you're stuck outside late at night. Once we were able to access the interior, we made it to where the rooms were located. There was an envelope with the name of the room we were told to take. It included the key and some instructions. The room itself was acceptable. Nothing too fancy but also not a total dump. Not the type of place I'd want to stay for multiple nights, but we needed somewhere for the one night before heading to the Amalfi coast. There was a bed, small desk, and decent bathroom. To be fair to the hotel, the location felt different and safer in the daylight hours. It was close to a number of public transportation stops and seemed to be fairly convenient. I was able to get to the train station to pick up my rental car very quickly. Bottom line... OK place for a no frills room. Not where I'd stay for a longer stay in Naples.

Roberta, the owner, is fabulous and super helpful. The location is wonderful, just 1 minute from ”Museo” metro station and a 5 minute walk to the old Greek area around Piazza Bellini with it's many bars and restaurants. My room had a balcony and a stunning view onto Via Cavour and the Museo Archeologico. A dream to wake up to every morning! Coffee is provided on tap in the communal kitchen and lounge area and a fridge for all of the guests to use. The supermarket is directly beside the guesthouse for stock of up of foods and wines. Napoli is a wonderful city and A Casa di Nina is THE perfect place to stay. Local, real, spacious, clean with comfy beds and a great shower. I will 100% be back! Grazie mille Roberta. A presto! Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 3 notte in occasione del ponte del 25 aprile. Struttura in un posizione fantastica,a pochi passi dal centro storico, e dai mezzi pubblici. Camera confortevole dotata di ogni confort. Ambiente pulito e profumato. Bella strutta si è riposato bene. Stanza col balcone, per noi fumatori ottima! È presente anche una cucina a disposizione per gli ospiti, noi non ne abbiamo fatto uso ma dotata di tutto. Subito appena di esce dal portone trovate ristoranti pasticcerie bar ecc ecc. torneremo a Napoli perché è una città incantevole così come le persone che la vivono e sicuramente soggiorneremo in questo b&b. These rooms are located in the heart of several markets so don't be alarmed when you are greeted by the hustle and bustle of daily naples life. It can seem overwhelming at first but it is 100% safe, just hectic at times like some parts of new York city. The rooms are located up 2 flights of stairs so keep that in mind if stairs give you problems. The building looks older from the entrance and outside but the rooms and hotel are a luxurious oasis in the area. The rooms are modern and very clean and the hosts are friendly and super helpful. This area may have been dangerous many years ago but that is not the case at all. Located right by the metro, it's convenient and safe. I've walked around at night in this area near midnight feeling completely safe. These rooms are great for those who want to experience the true naples experience. There is literally a fish market right downstairs. While the area may seem hectic during the day, it's very quiet at night, so no problems sleeping. There seems to be a small sri lankan population nearby so there's wonderful sri lankan food shops right around the corner and a great pizzeria and Italian markets and coffee shops around the other corner. Amazing experience and I would 100% come back here again. We took the metro everywhere and it was great having a stop literally a block from the place.

Siamo stati in questo B&B con tutta la nostra famiglia. La Sig.ra Federica è stata gentilissima dal check-in al check-out. La colazione è strepitosa, brioches appena sfornate tutte le mattina, marmellate fatte in casa così come le torte e i biscotti, pane fresco con salumi e formaggi, macedonia di frutta fresca in vasetti di vetro. Il tutto servito in una saletta da colazione ”coccolosa” e su piatti dipinti a mano. Le stanze sono molto spaziose, pulite e degne di un check-in con i ”fiocchi” (frutta fresca, caramelle, set the', set cortesia in bagno molto ricco). Che dise... ci torneremo sicuramente.
