Esperienza tristemente bruttissima . Prenoto su trip.com la struttura B&b le4 stagione dante's suites al prezzo di 23€ + 4€ di tasse da pagare in hotel. Leggo tutte le voci e non è indicato granché se non la presente di green pass . Leggi la prenotazione ed idem (allego foto) . Arriviamo in reception per fare il check-in (tra o altro non vicino all ubicazione delle camere) e riceviamo l'amara notizia...ci è stato detto che , nelle condizioni della nostra prenotazione "vantaggiosa" era indicato che dovevamo disporre di carta di credito per la cauzione ...ma ahimè questa voce NON ERA PRESENTE NE SUL SITO NE IN PRENOTAZIONE. La ragazza al check-in allora mi chiede di mostrargliela e in prenotazione nn trova nulla ...allora mi chiede l'app e trova una dicitura simil criptata (sempre allegata, foto N.6) , scritta in un inglese approssimativo in cui lei dice che è indicato ...in realtà , da come potete leggere è citata solo la cauzione da 200€ e nn la carta di credito ... Morale della favola :'Dovete pagare prezzo intero !' alias 40€ di stanza + 10€ tassa di soggiorno (4€ SUL SITO) ..AH preciso SOLO IN CONTANTI E SENZA FATTURA ! QUINDI SOTTOBANCO SONO STATI ELEGANTEMENTE SOTTRATTI 50€ ! 1) Assurdo per la dipendente non conosca trip.com , dato che il presunto b&b è presente su questa piattaforma . 2) Assurdo SOLO CONTATI E SENZA SCONTRINO. 3) Ancora peggio PREZZO TRIPLICATO. A questa cifra avrei scelto una struttura sicuramente migliore In aggiunta : 1) finestra aperta 2) stanca con condizionatore spento..che , nonostante la funzione turbo ..ha raggiunto una temperatura discreta dopo svariate ore . Che tristezza tornare nella tua città e capire il motivo per cui sei andato via...La gente fa schifo ..per fortuna non tutta! PS: direte voi .. perché non andare altro? Perché avremmo perso 23€ e dovuto vagare , dopo un viaggio, alla ricerca di un'altra struttura ... abbiamo preferito soccombere a questo elegante furto! PPS: spero leggiate le recensioni ...come la mia , solo ora ho scoperto ne esistono altre e qualcuno almeno , a differenza mia è stato avvertito precedente, anche se dopo pagamento, di dover avere la carta di credito ! 😅

The reception is 2km away from the apartament so it is rudiculous that you have to travel so far between locations. No shuttle provided.

I did Not visit this hotel regarding the Scam System: i should have payed extra 85€ for Late checkin which they told me After the booking. I found Hundreds of 1 Star Google ratings which told us to Stay away from this, dirty rooms and broken Stoff may encounter us additional to employees who will force us to pay additional Money. However, 16h After booking i told the Scam Like Person (85€ extra for Late checkin person) via WhatsApp that i want to storno, i lost all my Money. No Goodwill only Chat history of Bad attitude and mean words

The place is clean and tidy; shower door a little broken but overall fine. It’s a super central location, amazing to visit the city. It’s not very comfortable the fact of doing checkin in another place (about 20 mins walking distance to the accomodation).

Perfect location, clean but sewage smell in bathroom, check in is on a different hotel. We arrived at 8:59pm but were told that the shuttle only ran until 9pm (?) and didn’t give it to us. We were told the router was inside the room but not only it wasn’t there the wifi signa was very poor or not existing occasionally. We complained about all mosquitoes inside and were offered to pay a deposit for a device that we had to pick up at the reception of another hotel. We enjoyed it because we had the mindset of an ok airbnb not a hotel.

Accommodation is located in a great location. The room was clean, cozy, lots of towels and soap were there. The staff at the reception and on the spot was very nice, nice and helpful. Wi-Fi connection works great. It is definitely worth mentioning the large stream from the shower hose. We can definitely recommend to someone who wants to enjoy and get to know the city.

The staff was helpful and nice. The room was comfy, clean and excellent located. The room more spacious that i expected. The Dante square is very cosy and the restaurant under the room is very good :) Highly recmmened to everyone who wants a great time in Napoles!

I really recommend this place. The room is clean and big. Also the price is affordable. Plus, their faculty is so kind and polite! They also offer shuttle car from airport to their reception (min for 2 people), which is realy worthy for who needs to leave your luggage. Because they offer free luggage deposit if you book the shuttle car.

The room was just in the city center, the attention in the reception was top and the cleaning service has been really good. The room is climatized and the experience was amazing. We haven’t had any problem in the 3 days we have been here ✅✅✅✅ I will be back 100%
