Hotel Naples dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

It was a little difficult to find the hotel as it is hidden behind buildings along the Main Street. Was a small narrow road to get to the hotel. But once you get to the hotel everything is amazing! The hotel and rooms are beautiful and clean, with a grand winding stairwell as a signature. The breakfast has really great selection and of high quality. The staff provided awesome service!

I would highly recommend this hotel because of the hospitality of the owner. We have been traveling all throughout Italy and he added all the personal touches that made us feel welcome in Naples. First he was great about getting in touch with to meet us when we arrived. He even sent us a picture of the building and met us downstairs and helped us with our luggage. He mapped out the city for us and gave us excellent recommendations for dinner. On arrival, we were in a hurry to be somewhere and we needed to get a quick lunch. The pizzeria below was wonderful. The owner was so jovial and it was some of the best pizza I have ever had. Our host even spoke with him to take care of us and so the pizzeria put tables together for us and even put out placemats! We are well and made it to our event. We were asked what type of croissant and drink we wanted for breakfast. The breakfast was brought to our room in the morning. Warm croissants are extra delicious. Again the nice touches! Finally, when we were out and about the next day, our room was cleaned. It was even done with extra finesse. They even rolled up our charging cords nice and neat. Of all our stays in Italy, this one was extra special. Thank you for your hospitality!

As others have reflected this is a great little hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast. Rooftop bar was very nice too. Rooms very clean and nicely appointed. Hotel is located just off a main road and within 5 mins walk of Naples station where the transfers from the airport drop off. The area immediately surrounding the station is not the best but the walk into/back from Naples central to the hotel was fine (roughly 40mins) and no different from any major city.

Tricky to rate. Gritty old university neighborhood with narrow streets and excellent graffiti. Wonderful old common rooms on 3rd floor including a small SE facing patio. But not open until 10 am. Large remodeled rooms on 2nd floor were divided into guest rooms . Room 111. End of October so nice and cool at night. We had a king bed, one chair, two bedside tables, an armoire and plenty of room besides. Bathroom on the European small side but all the usual features. All a little worn but functional. Very large window buried in a thick wall looked on central courtyard, now for parking. Noisy until early evening then dead quiet. But… we got some GI bug before we arrived and were vomiting and diarrhea sick, aches and miserable. After a long night the room and bathroom were very untidy. We told the front desk and housekeeper completely cleaned things up for the rest of our stay. So, service when we really needed it. We were stuck using cabs to get around as we were too creaky and miserable to walk. Front desk called and they promptly arrived. Very inexpensive to the bay and rail station. We have certainly stayed in more luxurious and up to date hotels but this one stepped up when we needed it.

Our second time of staying at this hotel. Some language difficulties otherwise service was great. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Hotel is right on centre of town with easy access to everything. Will certainly seek to stay there when next we visit Naples.

Couples visit to Naples. Location - Good location just by the main train station (you can get Alibis straight from airport) with excellent transport links into main area of Naples via the Metro and beyond to Pompeii / Sorento etc. The immediate vicinity is a little rough but you can access the Hotel straight through the station so you don’t need to walk the local streets if you don’t want to. Head to baggage drop area in the station and continue on and take a right and it is signposted. Service - Good. Quick and straightforward. Checking in was literally 5 minutes if that and check out was 2 minutes. Staff friendly and polite. Hotel reception - clean tidy and modern. Hotel room - Superior double with a balcony. The room was clean and tidy and modern. Small TV, small mini fridge. Kettle with Tea included (no coffee tho) bathroom was clean and tidy. Bed a little hard and air-con stopped working during stay on the last night. Food - didn’t have the breakfast as couldn’t be bothered but had the breakfast room on the Sunday and it was good enough for a small bite. Would we visit the hotel again or recommend - it’s good value for money and once you know how to use Metro etc it’s a decent base for a really good price. Expect 3 star standard and you will be happy.

酒店整體一般，比較舊了，我們訂了海港景的房間，麪積小，行李不好放，和圖片不符合。頂樓餐廳出品一般，風景倒是很好。 很奇怪的是在酒店餐廳用餐，餐費掛房賬，酒店半夜用我們的信用卡給116歐的餐費做了預授權，後面我問攜程，攜程說酒店擔心我們入住時的信用卡額度不夠，真是無語了，住一晚好幾百歐的房間，酒店居然擔心我們付不起116歐的餐費。 如果衹是去龐貝古城的話，可以在酒店門口叫出租車來回，在龐貝等兩個小時，費用100歐。參觀龐貝古城最好在門口請個導遊，這裏的導遊很專業，講解詳細認真，150歐一次，非常值。

Very central hotel. Walked to castle, harbour, Spanish quarters, piazzas,churches etc. Very comfy room, large bed, soft pillows and bathroom with bath and shower. Room 104. Some street noise can be heard. Breakfast is well stocked, hot drinks are served whilst you help your self to buffet continental Italian style but with scrambled eggs and bacon, toaster for bread. Its good...basic but plenty. Hotel is clean. Do not open windows you will be eaten by mosquitoes. Round about outside the hotel it's totally filthy. Never seen so much filth in a city. Like bin men on strike! Roads, pavements Very dirty. Shame..spoils the city reputation. I lived in Italy and travelled to Naples in the past and it was never as bad. Very busy area round hotel but great supermarket just next door for drinks n snacks.. picnics etc.hotel couldn't been more helpful...lovely staff.

Definatley not a four star hotel, rooms and decor very tired and in need of an update. Couldn’t get aircon to work and wasn’t a great area. On leaving the receptionist called after us we didn’t pay the city tax. My husband then turned back to tell her we had paid it. She checked the computer and then nodded at us. So rude, not even an apology. I won’t be returning.

Good and comfortable stay. Like the location as it is not so far from the places that we would like to visit.
