Stayed at this fantastic hotel with my wife and our friends. The location is fantastic right on the water and walking distance to dozens of great restaurants. The room is large and luxurious. The staff is phenomonal. Fillipo at the breakfast buffet is unbelievable and will attend to any rquest with a smile. FYI the buffet is unbelievable you will think you are at a weddeing reception. Overall this is a great place to stay in naples if you are planing to see Pompeii it was a short 35 minute ride to get there.

We had a 4-night stay at the Grand Hotel Parker’s at the end of our 14-day Italy trip and it turned out to be one of our favorite hotels of the trip. I booked 2 rooms through Hyatt as a Hyatt Globalist and although globalist benefits are not included at Small Luxury Hotels, we were upgraded to a corner suite which may be one of the best rooms in the hotel as it has a private terrace (in addition to the small balcony). The second room was adjoining so it was like having a large 2-bedroom apartment for our stay. I know some negative reviews complained about rooms being old but both of these rooms were newly remodeled and were elegant and spacious. The staff here is amazing starting at check in with Martina who was just lovely and showed us to our room after checking us in. All of the 6th floor lounge and terrace restaurant employees are wonderful and go out of their way to make sure your meals and drinks are satisfactory. Antonio explained their James Bond themed cocktails and always took great care of us. We did not eat at the Michelin star restaurant on site but enjoyed both breakfast and dinner on the 6th floor terrace and the views cannot be beat. It is true that you are not on the center of Naples but the service here and the views make up for that and it is a short taxi to the city center. Finally, we had the opportunity to meet Giovanni, the owner and Chief Experience Officer our first morning. I sometimes have general managers introduce themselves particularly at Hyatt branded properties, but Giovanni went further by checking on us the next day and when he saw us at dinner he sent over complimentary meatballs and drinks. Overall, a great way to end our trip.

Hotel facilities and decorations are out of our expectation! A very stylish and newly furnished hotel. Breakfast was served on the top floor with choice of outdoor sitting, food quality and choices are excellent. Super comfy beds and room size just good. Location is a bit far from city center and around 10-15 min walk to the waterfront or central Chiara. But the stay did compensate the extra walk especially if you want to stay away from the crowds. A well deserved 5 star hotel and worth the price!

I was surprised by the October 2022 traveler’s review. This b&b was the first stop on our mother-daughter trip to the Amalfi Coast. We too arrived late in the evening (after 10:30pm). Enzo, the innkeeper, dispatched a lovely young couple to meet our flight and bring us safely to his place. In fact, we liked them so much that we asked them to drive us to our hotel in Sorrento, and later, pick us up from our hotel in Positano so we could return to Naples. Enzo greeted us at the entrance and showed us our accommodations—even though it was close to midnight. The next morning, Marika custom-made us a hot savory breakfast: omelette, cheese, ham, juice, yogurt and any kind of coffee we wanted. She even gave us extra body lotions since our skin was so dry from the flight! The B&B is conveniently located adjacent to the historic district near Port’Alba, Dante Plaza metro stop, all sorts of shops, bookstores and the yummy Al53 restaurant. Everything is walkable. The bed was comfy. The room had a sweet balcony overlooking a cathedral at one end of the lane, and the Main Street at the other end. Enough USB outlets to charge your devices and even LED lights in the shower. I appreciated the oversized ottoman so I could put up my legs at the end of the day, and the elevator too, since my knees needed a “lift.” Enzo and Marika were warm and accommodating.

bellissimo b&b ,in pieno centro storico, a 300mt dalla stazione della metro. arredato con gusto, completo di tutto il necessario, phon asciugamani shampo , frigo bar,tv, cabina armadio ecc.piccola pecca l'ascensore veramente minuscolo. ma visto tutto quello che mangerete a Napoli, 3 rampe di scale vi aiuteranno a smaltire. ci ha accolto Serena, gentilissima,che ci ha fornito la mappa con i principali punti di interesse, e i ticket per la colazione, da fare nel bar all'angolo sotto strada.

Nella fantastica e sgarrupata Napoli, che meglio di così nessun architetto al mondo saprebbe fare ( costruire una Taormina, un Porto Cervo o un Forte dei Marmi, ecc ecc, con squadrello, riga, betoniere, gru ed artificiosità varie, facile e falso è) ..mentre Napoli è un palcoscenico di vita ! Bene, in questo teatro sempre cerchiamo, ogni volta che visitiamo Napoli, ospitalità da Mario , nel suo B&B , perchè è una chicca ed una sorpresa nella ”malandata e fantastica ” città. Un B&B che coccola in ogni suo angolo e con la tecnologia avanzata che un viaggiatore attento ricerca e dove, quando si riparte, sa far intristire l'anima..ma che poi ci si rincuora sperando presto di ritornare! Complimenti al Gestore per la sua audacia, gentilezza, disponibilità,estrema pulizia e sempre discreta presenza! Grazie

Siamo stati in questo B&B con tutta la nostra famiglia. La Sig.ra Federica è stata gentilissima dal check-in al check-out. La colazione è strepitosa, brioches appena sfornate tutte le mattina, marmellate fatte in casa così come le torte e i biscotti, pane fresco con salumi e formaggi, macedonia di frutta fresca in vasetti di vetro. Il tutto servito in una saletta da colazione ”coccolosa” e su piatti dipinti a mano. Le stanze sono molto spaziose, pulite e degne di un check-in con i ”fiocchi” (frutta fresca, caramelle, set the', set cortesia in bagno molto ricco). Che dise... ci torneremo sicuramente.
