We had a 4-night stay at the Grand Hotel Parker’s at the end of our 14-day Italy trip and it turned out to be one of our favorite hotels of the trip. I booked 2 rooms through Hyatt as a Hyatt Globalist and although globalist benefits are not included at Small Luxury Hotels, we were upgraded to a corner suite which may be one of the best rooms in the hotel as it has a private terrace (in addition to the small balcony). The second room was adjoining so it was like having a large 2-bedroom apartment for our stay. I know some negative reviews complained about rooms being old but both of these rooms were newly remodeled and were elegant and spacious. The staff here is amazing starting at check in with Martina who was just lovely and showed us to our room after checking us in. All of the 6th floor lounge and terrace restaurant employees are wonderful and go out of their way to make sure your meals and drinks are satisfactory. Antonio explained their James Bond themed cocktails and always took great care of us. We did not eat at the Michelin star restaurant on site but enjoyed both breakfast and dinner on the 6th floor terrace and the views cannot be beat. It is true that you are not on the center of Naples but the service here and the views make up for that and it is a short taxi to the city center. Finally, we had the opportunity to meet Giovanni, the owner and Chief Experience Officer our first morning. I sometimes have general managers introduce themselves particularly at Hyatt branded properties, but Giovanni went further by checking on us the next day and when he saw us at dinner he sent over complimentary meatballs and drinks. Overall, a great way to end our trip.

Hotel facilities and decorations are out of our expectation! A very stylish and newly furnished hotel. Breakfast was served on the top floor with choice of outdoor sitting, food quality and choices are excellent. Super comfy beds and room size just good. Location is a bit far from city center and around 10-15 min walk to the waterfront or central Chiara. But the stay did compensate the extra walk especially if you want to stay away from the crowds. A well deserved 5 star hotel and worth the price!

Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Con mio marito abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte pagando più che allo Sheraton di Siena. La stanza pulita ma arredata in finto modernariato Ikea, ha le travi del soffitto non dipinte del tutto. Il mini frigorifero rumorosissimo era dotato di una sola bottiglia anch'essa mini di acqua del rubinetto, alla faccia delle norme anti covid. In bagno il rubinetto del lavandino non è adatto, infatti per lavarsi bisogna spostare le mani da un lato all'altro. Nei vetri della doccia ci sono ancora gli adesivi per evitare di romperli. Dalla stanza si poteva uscire in terrazzo in comune con l'altra camera dopo essere saliti da un tre gradini di legno Ikea, alla faccia delle norme sulla sicurezza, ed attraversando una finestra ribassata. Il terrazzo munito di poderose macchine per l'aria condizionata ha una splendida vista sul casello autostradale. La colazione fornita, consiste in merendine, pavesini e marmellate confezionate. In astanteria, comune alle tre stanze, vi è una macchina per caffè e bevande calde che è un'offesa al rinomato caffè napoletano. Il signore che ci ha accolto sembrava fosse molto scocciato della nostra presenza e del fatto che avessimo accettato la sua offerta di due cornetti che probabilmente venivano dalla tavola dell'ultimo re Borbone. Siamo convinti che a Napoli si possa trovare di meglio.

We were a Norwegian school group (aged 14/15 years) and we really appreciated that the hostel were willing to host us for four nights. The rooms and facilities were beyond expectation; clean and well-maintained. Some of our students commented on how lovely it was that each of the dormitory rooms had its own character. The centre courtyard was lovely for early evening meetings and morning gatherings. The breakfast was healthy and fresh with enough to feed everyone. The staff went above and beyond to help us; detailed information about the city, help with maps, help with luggage, help with ordering pizza! and so much more. We were all so very grateful that we had this little haven in the middle of a wonderfully chaotic city. Thank you so much.

I very much enjoyed my time in Napoli, and Gianni's hospitality and his lovely BnB were a huge part of this. The BnB is ideally located with close access to a Metro station, and within walking distance of the historic centre. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, with a very modern and well-fitted bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The wifi and internet speed was excellent, which was important for me as I had a one-off work video call (90mbs or thereabouts and around 20-30mbs upload speed! fantastic!). Breakfast included a choice of homemade Italian cakes, which were very yummy. Gianni doesn't just treat his BnB as a business - it is clear to me that he loves his city so much that he genuinely cares about his guests having the best experience in Napoli. I felt very much taken care of while there, and his advice about where to get the best pizza fritte and sfogliatella was extremely important. :-) The next time I stay in Napoli it is impossible for me to consider staying anywhere else!

Nous avons passé six jours chez Valeria ! Quelle hôtesse exceptionnelle ! Cette dame ne sait que faire pour ravir ses hôtes. Son rire contagieux, et son sourire, toujours accroché à ses lèvres, ne sont pas feints ! Il y a une vraie sincérité chez elle ainsi que dans son amour pour Naples qu elle essaye de faire découvrir avec ses yeux aux touristes qui résident chez elle.... Nous avons eu six jours de pluie, mais rentrer à la case Valeria était un véritable rayon de soleil. De plus, Valeria a décoré sa maison et ses chambres avec beaucoup de goût et tout y est impeccable. Je recommande ce b&b de toutes mes forces et j'espère que vous serez nombreux à y aller. We stayed at Diego's accommodation for seven nights and can heartily recommend it. Five stars are not enough to adequately rate this incomparable B&B! Working in the hotel industry myself, I am certainly a rather demanding guest; however, my expectations were not only met, but exceeded! Rarely have we experienced such a nice, caring and helpful host. But not only that, the accommodation itself is absolutely unique. You can tell that a lot of heart and soul has been put into it - everything has been thought of. Our room was beautiful, bright and cozy. In addition, it looked like new and was very modern (top air conditioning available). The room and the entire accommodation was always absolutely clean. Although the B&B is in a prime location (the nearest metro station is only a few minutes walk away and everything in the city is also easily doable on foot), we heard nothing of the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast was also delicious every day! Thank you Diego for this unforgettable and perfect stay in bella Napoli and your very helpful tips!
