The breakfast at this hotel is fabulous, sadly the hotel isn’t close to many tourist attractions so would not return on this basis. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Service was good very clean. However it was too far from the airport and not much to shop around. As there was no shopping center nearby walking distance.

Royal Orchid Central Grazia, Navi Mumbai I am impressed with the staffs, they were awesome, helpful and friendly. The security are excellent they ensure the guest are well taken care of. The food was excellent. Highly recommended to stay if you in Mumbai

Very good service by the staff. Especially Shraddha and Pallavi.. I had an amazing experience at royal orchid hotel. The service was impeccable.. The server were friendly, attentive, ad knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations.

All the arrangements were made on time and the ambience was top notch, Dharmendra Yadav, Nimisha and Shweta were always there if anything was needed for the hall. Thanks and I recommend for the meeting bookings. Hopefully these same people serve you and your team when you book this place.

An absolute splendid trip. I had a pleasant stay. The rooms were nice. The food was, good. The service was quick and prompt,especially Antony, Praveen and Rahul.i will come again and will recommended this place to friends and family in the future.

Breakfast buffet was very nice . Aloo paratha, puri sabzi & South Indian dishes were amazing ! Staff Vinod has been very kind & helpful towards food choices . Seating arrangements is also quite spacious ***** with a good ambience.overalgud

1. Made me wait for 20 minutes for check-in .Even though room was booked by travel agent 3 days in advance. 2.i ordered veg burger in restaurant, came after 35 minutes, it was cold,the bun ,the cheese slice (hanging over patty), French fries everything was cold, on complaint ,they took it back to heat, after 25 minutes brought same burger and cold fries with burnt burger bun but cold cheese slice. 3.the restaurant sitting area was stinking 4. Room had noisy AC ,primitive system of lighting in room. 5. No exhaust and no ceiling fan Room 412

Pathetic response and rude behaviour from Manager Mr Kunal. Such people shouldn't be in hospitality industry. Tried food and never found courage to taste again. Wouldn't recommend to anyone that too at such a whopping pricing. Raised concerns and got nothing but bad behaviour from manager.

Absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel. I was travelling for Coldplay with my friends and booked this hotel at the very last minute. I am so glad we did because the stay here was wonderful. The rooms were clean, the service was impeccable, and the staff was super helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend Royal Orchid Central Grazia if you are planning to be in and around Navi Mumbai or specifically Vashi area. A good 4.5/5 stars I’d give to the hotel.
