Our stay was excellent. Even they gave coffee with breakfast by 6. 30am itself. That was great help for my son since that time we can't go out also to have breakfast. We like the room and their hospitality was good. We were into practice sas well and they helped with wifi connection too. Indeed that was great help

The hotel buffet breakfast was the highlight of our stay.
The Comfort rooms were renovated a long time ago, and shows signs of being dated (ex. the wallpaper peeling off, or mildew around the shower). Staff and the service was generally excellent. Construction/renovations meant there sometimes was noise to wake you in the morning. The pool looked like no one has used it in years.

Beautiful Service , Excellent Hospitality , Got a free upgrade in room type. Akshat was very efficient and professional in Front Desk while Check in.
Akash Ingle - Hospitality ***ager at Asian Kitchen was Superb, First time I met a person with so much of courtesy and helping nature to customers. Had a beautiful Buffet experience because of Akash. Too Good and I am really very happy to come back and stay here again.

Poor noise isolation between the rooms. Neighbours room was blaring music and singing late into the night. First call to Reception resulted in no action being taken. Second call 15 min later made with an irate tone resulted in staff visiting and the noise being reduced. During check out, reception tried to get the Manager to come and apologize, but Manager asked instead how much the customer paid for the room and declined to come out, instead leaving reception to respond to complaints. Pathetic and unsympathetic behavior by the Manager.

The front desk service and room service person are very kindly. The location is near the stadium and have a nice view of stadium. The only con is the room has another door near the wall of TV .This door is for big family members to easily access the next door's room avoid corridor . But it could hear the next door room child crying very clear from my room at night. My suggestion is not give such room type to families with kids if they cloud not take both 2 rooms.

PPengguna TetamuLocation was very good. There was a rickshaw stand just opposite hotel. All eateries open till 11:30 pm in the neighborhood. Bus depot was only 5 minutes walk. Vashi apmc market was 10 minutes walk. Hotel staff available for help round the clock. Apartment cleaned once every day.
