Our football tour party stopped off in Passau on our way to Budapest and stayed overnight at this basic hotel. My son and I shared a small, corner room on the 1st floor. We had to squeeze into a double bed - but at least there were two single duvets. There was a flat screen TV which we didn't use. I appreciated there being a medium sized bottle of mineral water, a kettle and a few sachets of tea and coffee. The bathroom was small but functional - it's a pity that they don't check and refill the soap dispensers. The curtains didn't quite fit around the windows and let in quite a bit of light from the street lamps outside. Breakfast was basic. Nowadays with COVID regulations as they are, the buffet system can be a bit labourious - notably the wearing of disposable plastic gloves when picking up items to eat. The location is out of town but there is a bus stop just outside the hotel on the main road. With a half a dozen stops you can be in the town centre. Sufficiently adequate for a quick stopover.

Ottimo B&B situato nella periferia di Passau. Non è a distanza pedonale dal centro. E' dotato di un grande parcheggio. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto elevato. LA procedura di check-in è molto veloce. Non viene consegnata una chiave né una card, dato che le porte delle camere sono dotate di tastierino numerico, per cui al vhrvk-in viene fornito numero di camera e codice a 5 cifre per aprire la porta. Il check-out è molto rapido e nel caso di prepagamento di fatto non serve nemmeno farlo, Le camere non sono molto spaziose ma sono dotate di tutto quello che serve (armadio, tavolino, TV piuttosto grande). Il letto è molto comodo ,un po' meno i cuscini (troppo morbidi). Il bagno ha tutto il necessario, compresa una cabina doccia molto accogliente. Ottima la pulizia. La colazione è piuttosto costosa (eur 10,50/persona) per cui non l'abbiamo provata preferendo una delle tante pasticcerie del centro. In sintesi un'ottima esperienza: hotel sicuramente consigliabile.

Die Lage in der Innstadt ist klasse. Der Uferwanderweg am Inn und die Altstadt von Passau sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Ebenfalls schnell erreichbar sind Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Apartments sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Erste Gebrauchsspuren sind sichtbar, aber noch gut vertretbar. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal hier und werden sicher erneut wiederkommen. Pay-TV ist inklusive. Wer mit dem Auto kommt braucht auf jeden Fall einen Garagenplatz (EUR 10,-- pro Tag), da es keine anderweitigen Parkplätze gibt. Haustiere sind willkommen und werden mit EUR 10,-- pro Tag berechnet - eine Gegenleistung (z.B. Näpfe, Tierdecke, Kotbeutel, o.ä.) wie in manchen anderen Hotels gibt es nicht.
