This is the worst stay experience I have ever suffered. At 23:30 on the first night, we and the reception responded that the tenant upstairs was making noise every 15-20 minutes, but the reception asked us what should he do? What can you do if the next-door tenant has children? If you can't accept it, you can check out and leave tomorrow. The next day we responded to last night's problem with the reception again, the receptionist was equally aggressive, unfriendly and unsympathetic, and said that if we checked out early, we would still have to pay the full price. Because we prepaid the total cost of stay to ***********, the hotel should claim the amount from ***********, but when we checked out, the receptionist told us strongly that we have to pay for the room again. After we got home, we confirmed with *********** that it was the hotel's fault, because they made a mistake in the money transfer. Fortunately, *********** helped us solve the problem quickly and refunded us. I have traveled to so many countries and stayed in countless hotels. I have never stayed in such an unprofessional and unfriendly hotel. I do not recommend it at all.
