We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel’s location is convenient for traveling, shopping and restaurants, the breakfast was amazing, great quality food and service. We liked the swimming pool , gym and sauna too. The room was comfortable and clean. We’ve got some help from the reception when needed a taxi to go to the museum and also we had late check out at 2 pm, it was very nice. Highly recommend this hotel!

Our stay at the Babili hotel was absolutely delightful. From the immaculate cleanliness to the warm hospitality that made us feel like family. combined with the exceptional food, every aspect exceeded our expectations, making it a truly unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering helpful tips and assistance whenever needed. They helped us with all our inquiries about booking tours and hot air balloon rides and ensured even at 3 am we are taken care off. Our hosts exemplified genuine care and attentiveness, creating a welcoming a**osphere that truly made our stay exceptional. Should we come back to Cappadocia, this will definitely be our choice.

Excellent stay, Deniz, Lisa and their entire staff are wonderful, personable, helpful with recommendations for restaurants, booking tours and all around making sure you enjoy Goreme. We absolutely love the hotel! Service was great & friendly. The location of the hotel is also good as it is easily accessible to the town which is just a short walking distance away. Though not situated at the top of the town, it has a nice view from the junior suite room that we took. But like most cave hotels, there’s lots of steps to climb to get to our room - 47 steps to be exact! 😬

Definitely the best place to stay in Goreme Cappadocia. Fantastic experience for 6 nights. Host Eren upgraded our room on arrival. Room was fantastic, basically new with beautiful views over Goreme. Rooftop balcony was an awesome spot to view the balloons each morning. Also top spot for our great breakfasts. Eren could not do enough for us - as well as his staff. Made our stay all that much better and he organised all of our tours. Accommodation and service was top notch. Location was great, just out of the main street, town area and elevated with great views. Would highly recommend this place to anybody.

I must say i was in a very bad situation: my luggage was lost by turkish airlines. I was just with a shirt and a short and a sweater. Good for me my beautycase was in my backpack... However the staff was super professional, they speak a very good english and they take care about my problem. It seems easy written in those few lines, but believe me it was not. The company continue to tell me different things and they sent my luggage back to instambul.. It was like hell. I think if i still have my luggage is mostly for the incredible staff of bedrock cave. Thanks again guys.

We had the great pleasure of staying at the Kistar Cave Hotel for 4 nights. Our entire stay there was wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and welcoming smiles. The first thing you notice about the hotel is it's beauty! Wow!! Elegant, but comfortable and not over done. It feels very cozy. Attention was paid to details when designing and furnishing. We were shown to our room and we were blown away! Again, elegant, but feels comfortable and inviting. ... and the bathroom! Wow! All warm marble and something you have to see. Pictures cannot do it justice. Our room also had a large terrace with a magnificent view of Pigeon Valley and Rose Valley. Wow... again! We stayed 4 nights and did NOT want to leave! Throughout our stay, every staff personnel made us feel welcome and like family. They were all so very friendly and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. So helpful and kind. A special mention goes to Gulden, the young woman at the front desk. From the moment we walked in to the hotel, she greeted us with such kindness. It was clear she wanted to do all she could to make sure we were satisfied and everything was perfect and to our liking. She really went above and beyond. This hospitality extended throughout our entire stay. Always friendly, always smiling and always helpful. She did a fantastic job at giving us tips on things to do and places to visit that had not been on our ”list” of places. She gave us a map and wrote details about each place and what not to miss while there. They ended up being some of our favorite experiences while there. We never would have known about these places if not for her. We are so grateful she took the time to do this for us. She is a true gem! We were also fortunate enough to meet the owner and his wife. Although their english is not great and my Turkish even worse (non existent LOL!), we could still ”communicate” a bit. They were also very kind and friendly. By the time we left, we truly felt like family there. I highly recommend this hotel for the best ambience, experience, views, staff, rooms, ... the list goes on. We toured around turkey for 2 weeks. This was, without question, our favorite hotel we stayed at.

J'ai passé 4 jours dans cet hôtel, Emre le manager, est la personne la plus adorable que j'ai rencontré en Turquie. La chambre était superbe, très propre et à un prix très abordable pour Göreme, voir l'une des moins chère. Emre sera vous faire passer un très bon moment, en vous conseillant de la meilleure des manières sans rien attendre en retour, un cœur en or. Le petit déjeuner inclus est une pure merveille, produits frais locaux, et en prime des surprises différentes chaque matin, comme les böreks, simit.... Foncez les yeux fermés.
