The experience here is great, the hotel owner is an extremely pleasant and obliging man who is kind and helpful. The facilities are new and the breakfast is fabulous!

This hostel and family are amazing!!! The owners are always quick to lend a hand, offer recommendations, and provide amazing service! The cave style accommodation is already impressive, but adding the genuine kindness of the staff, the amazing central location, unreal breakfast each morning and the company of the puppies makes this place unbeatable! Our group had an amazing experience and would recommend anybody to stay here

Posizione perfetta nel pieno centro di Göreme. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni e avendo affittato previamente una macchina non abbiamo usufruito delle escursioni che propone l'hotel. Dalla terrazza comune si possono vedere le mongolfiere alle prime ore del mattino, e se si vuole avere una vista migliore, a soli 7 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere il ”sunset point”.

My wife and I just returned home after spending a wonderful week at the Cappadocia Cave Lodge. The hotel has an excellent position, high on the hillside in Göreme; perfect for viewing the stunning local scenery and the early morning balloons. As other reviewers suggested, reaching it by car is a bit chaotic, but added to the experience and we never failed to find a parking spot close by. It's the same for all the hotels in this crowded little town. From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have been more helpful, always on hand to suggest places to visit, organise tours, give local knowledge etc. There was quite a nice family feel to it. Our room was great, really giving us the cave experience we wanted. It was well appointed (although some drawers for our clothes would've been nice and a few extra coat hangers in the wardrobe!), very clean and everything worked. The hot tub was huge! The room really was something different (in a good way!) and positively contributed to our holiday. We picked this hotel based on other reviews and have no hesitation in recommending it too. You won't be disappointed!

Hotel yang bagus, bersih, selesa dan moden, jakuzi di dalam bilik, berbanding dengan hotel berdekatan, adalah murah. Tetapi terdapat beberapa sebab yang baik untuk merosakkan mood anda: 1. Apabila tiba, bilik tidak bersedia - masa daftar masuk yang ditunjukkan di laman web pada pukul 12.30, ternyata daftar masuk adalah pada pukul 14.30. 2. Perkara yang paling menarik ialah sarapan pagi di teres yang menghadap ke belon semasa berlepas pada 5-6 pagi berharga 250 euro, jika belon tidak terbang, wang tidak akan dikembalikan, dalam kes kami pada 06 Mei di sana. adalah taufan dan sarapan pagi masih diliputi walaupun angin yang paling kuat dan produk terbang, kerakusan pengurus di sini, tentu saja, tidak dapat dijelaskan

The staff’s genuine passion for hospitality and their expert knowledge of the area further enhanced my experience. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in Cappadocia. The millstone Hotel was probably one of the best hotels I've ever been in, and id go back to it in a heartbeat. The staff was lovely, kind, and helpful. The food was really delicious, the pancakes from breakfast were really fluffy and yummy. The tea was absolutely marvellous. The rooms were clean, the staff showed real effort to keep everything spotless. Of course, there was a bit of a language barrier but thats alright. My one issue is, I came here with my elderly mom and there were no elevators and several flights of stairs. But other than that? Probably the most helpful and nicest staff I've ever met, the best view and the most luxurious amenities ever! I'd come back here in a heartbeat. Just probably not with my mom 😂. You know, whats really nice about this place is they help you book activities and call you to tell you about the car's arrival. When we first checked in, there was even staff member that laid out all the activities and took his time explaining everything to us well so we would know what we would want to experience. They also were very kind and delivered breakfast to my moms room instead of making her take all those stairs, and even told her to check out the air balloons when we mentioned it to them. Really, the place was so lovely. It would be perfect for a group of friends or couples, they even have huge bathtubs and even a Turkish bath! In your room! Isn't that just the coolest thing ever? And its super affordable! But again, what really sets this place apart even more is the staff. Chiefly, Mustafa was extremely helpful as he was the one that helped us with our booking, left me a nice birthday surprise, upgraded our rooms, was extra thoughtful when it came to my mom, hooked us up with the nicest activities and with the nicest and safest air balloon pilot we've ever experienced, and was available almost 24/7 for anything we ever needed. Our trip wouldn't have been that smooth sailing if it wasn't for him so I thought I should mention him!

O hotel é lindo e muito agradável. Fica há uns 5 minutos de carro do centro. O que faz com que seja silencioso, e acessível. Kerim nos ajudou com indicações e organização de tours e do que fazer na região. Extremamente simpático e atencioso. O café da manhã foi impecável.

The most special experience ever. Kemal is genuinely a wonderful host, he is super proactive in making sure you have the best stay possible. We were gladly provided an early check-in even when we reached at 9am, the rooms were absolutely clean and splendidly done with cave decor. It was my wife’s birthday and the team was super nice in surprising her with a decorated room and cake. My absolute go-to place in Goreme / Cappadocia. If you’re looking for hot air balloon bookings, make sure you book them through the hotel itself, they have excellent deals.

Check in was fast and friendly & good first impressions of the room & property. Room was really clean & comfortable, proveided everything you needed like kettle/tea coffee and towels/slippers. I stayed in a fairy chimney room and while it was a cave room it had a window and felt comfortable, good temp and not damp at all. Had a nice little table and chairs out the front of the room and you came out of the room onto a nice big terrace with a view, assuming this is also the breakfast area. You could watch the balloons coming over from here aswell. Nice big shower & bathroom with good water pressure and hot water, even supplied toiletries for the stay. Very close to attractions & restaurants, could walk to everything in town, yet it was nice and quiet and tucked off the main ***** a little.
