I stated with my family & friends for 2 nights on 22nd July. There was no hot water in the room and nobody bothered to rectify it and just 12 hrs before check out they are offering a room change which didn't make any sense...so thru out the stay we had to struggle with COLD WATER. The breakfast was the worst ever seen in Crowne Plaza anywhere in the world. There was no variety, and the restaurant looked dead with no staff ...so it is almost self-service ghost town. Same scenario at the rooftop restaurant, so I guess people who stayed in other hotels in Cappadocia were sensible. The worst was the staff at the front office, particularly the lobby manager and night manager, who were rude and arrogant. There is a serious problem with the management of the hotel, and more importantly, they have tarnished the brand Crowne plaza for me as I would NOT STAY AGAIN.

Great view from the balconies. Also not far from the Goreme center. Lots of restaurants and shops around. It was a memorable experience to live in a cave. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds! We even got a hamam in our toilet! We got welcome fruits and teas. Also the buffet is abundant and delicious! They can help arrange taxis as well. Everyone were friendly esp Mr Orhan who is in charge of the kitchen and dining area. He made delicious desserts. The manager also helped us a lot and gave us tips. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed for 6 nights as part of a 16 day visit to Turkey, 4 nights in a premium room and 2 in a cave suite. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable even if the pillows were not. . The room was initially cold but warmed up with the addition of a blanket and an electric fire. The cave suite was a wonderful experience and we were glad we changed. Much more atmosphere even if the plumbing is a little tired. The breakfast buffet was excellent even for vegetarians and vegans, all of the waiters were friendly and gave excellent service. The anatolia restaurant had a very wide choice of dishes even if some dishes were not actually available every day. It was quite expensive if you chose to eat animal protein, Bilal the chef always did his best to ensure that you ate a hearty meal. Again all of the waiters were friendly and did their best to understand our strange foreign requests. A lovely, friendly place.

Le camere , io le chiamerei suite, meravigliose,curate e confortevoli. Hanno tutte un loro stile. Alcune con vasca da bagno da terra altre con doccia ma tutte arredate nei minimi dettagli. Ampia scelta di salato e dolce per quanto riguarda la colazione e naturalmente molto buona. Personale che ci ha accolto e che ci ha seguito molto cordiale e disponibile. Posizione strategica per le varie escursioni di vario tipo che si possono fare tra cui il famoso giro in mongolfiera, nelle vicinanze possibilita di fare tour a cavallo o in quad. Super consigliato. We recently enjoyed the hospitality of the exceptional team at Ariana Lodge. Our experience here has exceeded all expectations. The online booking process was easy, offering benefits for booking directly via the website. The communication during our planning process was virtually instant, with great consideration given to our questions and needs. The airport transfer was timely and professional in an air conditioned Mercedes van with a capable driver. The check-in process was smooth and efficient and just our luck to have a room upgrade provided - yay! The room was well appointed, clean, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows, with the fireplace adding to the ambiance on cooler evenings. Separate bath and shower, double basin, plenty of vanity space, and a separate toilet for added privacy. The most wonderful part of the room was its terrace and the views over Capaddocia - truly stunning. You can sit outside at sunrise and watch the balloons floating across this magnificent landscape. What a treat! The service was exceptional across the hotel. To give a shout-out to one or two people would be unfair as each and every staff member, front of house and restaurant, were brilliant: professional, warm, caring, genuine. We celebrated my birthday while here and the team ensured that this birthday will be a truly memorable one - so special! The hospitality can be benchmark against a five star hotel. they are like a family franchise full of love and joy. I am very satisfied with the accommodation. Stayed here the first night of our trip. I booked because it’s the closest hotel to NAV airport that I can find for the price. But after staying, it’s not just the location, everything is so fine! We had dinner there the night we arrived. for just 300 local currency, you get a few dishes: a set with meatball, salad, stuffed leave, soup and dessert, and ravioli. (enough to feed 3 people while it’s just the two or us). the breakfast is awesome too with fabulous view. The hotel is also close to a shopping mall and big supermarket. I would recommend anyone coming here

Five is not enough stars for this special place! This amazing find is by far the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, and my spouse and I will certainly be recommending to all our friends! The location is perfect for getting to all the best sites in Cappadocia. It’s super walkable to great restaurants, cafes, and the sunrise/sunset view points as well. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and at home. They arranged shuttles to and from the airport and hooked us up with the best recommendations for wonderful and affordable tours in town (re: hot air balloon, ATVs, tours, hikes, etc.!). Also, THE FOOD! The breakfast was the best way to start the day. Every day was different and consistently delicious. Not to mention, the staff and owner Deniz all greeted us each morning and made us feel welcomed and at home. The cave room was super clean, and comfortable and perfect for what we needed as well. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We absolutely love the hotel! Service was great & friendly. The location of the hotel is also good as it is easily accessible to the town which is just a short walking distance away. Though not situated at the top of the town, it has a nice view from the junior suite room that we took. But like most cave hotels, there’s lots of steps to climb to get to our room - 47 steps to be exact! 😬

My stay at Naif hotel was possibly the best experience I have ever had while vacationing anywhere in the world, and that says a lot. I have spent a decade of my life travelling, but everything about Goreme, and Naif Hotel in particular set a new standard that I feel will likely never be beaten. When I first arrived at Naif I was greeted by the owner Shamzi(so sorry if I spelled that wrong!) I was sweaty and exhausted and he immediately offered me a seat, a glass of ice water and a glass of wine. We chatted about life while he booked me in and upgraded me to the lovely suite on the top level by the breakfast room. Shamzi is not just a hotel owner. This is a man who finds pure joy in providing exceptional service to people. This isn't just a business for him, it's a way of life. He even bought me medication and food while I was sick one night and introduced me to a friend of his who gave me an amazing free tour of one of the local abandoned cave cities. Shamzi wants to share the beauty of the incredible place he lives in and the hospitality of his people. I feel that I have made a life long friend in Shamzi and I will, without a doubt, spend my entire stay at Naif when I am visiting next. This is not to even mention the gorgeous hotel itself. No details are spared.Every little thing, from the fresh omelettes and organic breakfasts on the open patio, overlooking the town, to the bright , airy and modern rooms- This place impresses, all while being within a very reasonable budget for even a solo traveller on a tight budget. The housekeeping is very on their game, the beds are super comfortable, the location is perfect to access the town within a short walk, and the views are outstanding. I look forward to the next time I am back in Goreme, enjoying a glass of wine on the upstairs terrace with Shamzi. If you make one good choice while you are visiting Cappadocia it will be staying at Naif. You will not regret a second you spend at this lovely little boutique hotel.

I must say i was in a very bad situation: my luggage was lost by turkish airlines. I was just with a shirt and a short and a sweater. Good for me my beautycase was in my backpack... However the staff was super professional, they speak a very good english and they take care about my problem. It seems easy written in those few lines, but believe me it was not. The company continue to tell me different things and they sent my luggage back to instambul.. It was like hell. I think if i still have my luggage is mostly for the incredible staff of bedrock cave. Thanks again guys.

We had the great pleasure of staying at the Kistar Cave Hotel for 4 nights. Our entire stay there was wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and welcoming smiles. The first thing you notice about the hotel is it's beauty! Wow!! Elegant, but comfortable and not over done. It feels very cozy. Attention was paid to details when designing and furnishing. We were shown to our room and we were blown away! Again, elegant, but feels comfortable and inviting. ... and the bathroom! Wow! All warm marble and something you have to see. Pictures cannot do it justice. Our room also had a large terrace with a magnificent view of Pigeon Valley and Rose Valley. Wow... again! We stayed 4 nights and did NOT want to leave! Throughout our stay, every staff personnel made us feel welcome and like family. They were all so very friendly and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. So helpful and kind. A special mention goes to Gulden, the young woman at the front desk. From the moment we walked in to the hotel, she greeted us with such kindness. It was clear she wanted to do all she could to make sure we were satisfied and everything was perfect and to our liking. She really went above and beyond. This hospitality extended throughout our entire stay. Always friendly, always smiling and always helpful. She did a fantastic job at giving us tips on things to do and places to visit that had not been on our ”list” of places. She gave us a map and wrote details about each place and what not to miss while there. They ended up being some of our favorite experiences while there. We never would have known about these places if not for her. We are so grateful she took the time to do this for us. She is a true gem! We were also fortunate enough to meet the owner and his wife. Although their english is not great and my Turkish even worse (non existent LOL!), we could still ”communicate” a bit. They were also very kind and friendly. By the time we left, we truly felt like family there. I highly recommend this hotel for the best ambience, experience, views, staff, rooms, ... the list goes on. We toured around turkey for 2 weeks. This was, without question, our favorite hotel we stayed at.

We booked it randomly online but found it excellent! The cave hotel is in uchisar and it’s close the the famous spot Uchisar hotel. We booked a family suite, which is nice and clean. Their breakfast is AWESOME! Everything is homemade, and they are all delicious! From the terrace we can take the pictures of hot air balloons and also uchisar castle. The staff there r super friendly, they answered a lot of my questions before I came. They can book airport shuttle and all trips for you with reasonable price. We didn’t know they can book trips before we came. If we knew that earlier, we probably won’t bother ourselves trying to book everything online.

A fabulous cave hotel located at the top end of the town so an incredible view over the town. An amazing view of the balloons when they fly over the town. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Buffet breakfast our best in Turkey , all fresh and tasty . Warm rooms - it’s winter now, and good sized bathroom. What a fabulous stay.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at Alaturca stone house. Everything was absolutely perfect from the friendly welcome when we arrived, the beautiful central heated room and the extensive breakfast. The hotel is in a nice quiet location with car parking straight outside, its an easy walk to restaurants. The roof terrace is a great place to sit and look at the amazing view. All the staff are really kind and helpful and in 18yrs of living in Turkey the breakfast choices were the best I've ever had especially for a small hotel. I cannot think of anything I would change and will definitely stay again.

I wasn't looking for 5 star luxury, just a comfy room to sleep in. It was very reasonably priced, staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was lovely, there was a roof terrace which was lovely to relax in. There was a pool, but it didn't look inviting, and access felt good be improved. We booked a shuttle from NAV but when we landed, no one was there. I was there with my 8 Yr old, ad due yo delays, we landed at 8.30pm, so I just got a taxi. The hotel offered to refund the difference of shuttle cost and taxi, which was kind. We booked the red tour with them too, which was great. Location is perfect, literally less than 30 seconds walk to a supermarket and lots of options to eat. Our room was clean, shower was great, cleaned daily. No complaints. Thank you

Hotel is located near to city centre so easy to move around during the trip. Serdar and his wife are amazing hosts. Always welcome you with a smile and will cater to your every needs in city during the stay inregards to your tour schedules. Room is spacious and clean. Fukran is an amazing guy and poeple like him is rare to find these days in hospitality industry. Always there to help guest with a friendly nature and positive attitude. Rooms are well maintained and interior in hotel in general is also well done and maintained. Recommended to anyone who visits this place. Will be the first choice of hotel for us whenever we visit this place

We visited with our family and my sisters family, and discovered an amazing cave hotel (there are many of them these days) with excellent service from fantastic staff. The breakfast spread has to be experienced to believe! Trust me, no one will go hungry here! As with most of Turkey there are plenty of cats (cute kittens here) to keep both adults and children entertained - and some amazing views as well (you can see the balloons from the dining and balcony areas!). Large well appointed rooms, some of which were genuine cave rooms - and one which was an original old arched rock building built up against the rock. Easy walk around the small village from this well located hotel as well.

This is an amazing, stylish place with the greatest rooftop view to the village - we recommend it 100%. Although this place is wonderful, the best thing there are hosts - each employee was so nice to us, and helpful, and worked as they own the place. We felt that they really care about us, our trip and staying there. Big advantage is that the owner and manager of the hotel is working there and takes care about everything. He also previously was a tourism guide and helped us with information about places where to go. The place is new and if someone is still able to get a better pricing this season, than it is a nobrainer to choose this place instead of other hotels in Goreme - they will make sure that You will enjoy Your staying in Goreme, Cappadocia. We got a very special treatment: 1) nice welcoming breakfast at 6am in the morning before our booking was even started at 12pm *also they saved some food for us when we slept in, which was very nice 2) free upgraded room to a royal suite although there was a full booking that night 3) very special discounted price because the place is new and money is not their priority now 4) option to leave our baggages for 2 days there 5) information and a plan for a day about tourism places where to go 6) nice and very friendly attitude We are very thankful to Azad and other people about the experience and hosting they provided, help and just being such nice human beings. :))

The staff didnt speak english very well but they understand you and make sure you get what you need. We booked the cave stone room and we found everyone waiting for us outside and the room ready. The check in and check out was the easiest i ever had The only thing is that there is no hot water but it didn't bother me so mich because i speny most of the day outside.. the parking was in front of my room so my car was always next to me didnt need to walk much to get it. The room was spacious warm and there is all ameneties you need towels, internet, pillows, hair dryer, tv, coffe and tea, a boiler, blankets, and even something to wear in your feet

Passiamo alla camera: partendo dal presupposto che per 36 euro a notte non possiamo pretendere l'hilton, il livello era ben sotto la soglia della decenza. Entro nel dettaglio: lenzuola completamente bucate, stesso discorso per gli asciugamani; miscelatore del lavandino che penzolava a destra e sinistra; lavandino otturato che per far sgorgare l'acqua dopo aver lavato i denti abbiamo aspettato un'intera notte; acqua del bagno che non si sa per quale motivo ogni tanto non usciva; l'ultima mattina non ho potuto fare la doccia perché l'acqua calda non è pervenuta; temperatura interna della camera ben al di sotto di quella esterna (fuori facevano 15 gradi e dentro non più di 10); le dimensioni della camera erano quanto quelle del letto matrimoniale (con 3 valigie per arrivare in bagno dovevamo camminare di profilo); spifferi che entravano da sotto la porta e dalle finestre. Ripeto a questo prezzo non possiamo pretendere granché, ma almeno cerchiamo di raggiungere la decenza, anche perché basterebbe veramente poco. Inoltre hanno sempre preteso pagamenti in contanti e mai con la carta anche per le varie attività che abbiamo prenotato con loro. Le uniche note positive sono la posizione centrale e la disponibilità del personale che comunque ha prontamente risolto un paio di problemi sopra elencati. E nonostante tutto continuo a non capire come gli altri ospiti hanno dato 5 stelle.
