Hotel Perniagaan di New Cairo

فندق ممتاز جدا وهادي وبعيد عن ضوضاء وسط القاهرة سكنت فيه بعد ما قضيت اكثر من اسيوع في وسط القاهزة اشكر شخص بالاستقبال اتوقغ اسم محمد عطاني افضل من غرفتي الي حجزتها عطاني امام المسبح مباشرة واشكر بالاخص الاخ فهد كمال في قسم خدمة الغرف شخص نفسه طيبه جدا وشخص محترم يخدمك مثله يخليك ترجع تسكن في الفندق مره ثانيه الله يحفظه

المكان حقا رائع للغايه الاستقبال والخدمه اكثر من رائعه احب اشكر مستر محمد حسني في المطعم الرئيسي علي حسن المعامله سعدنا في كل حاجه كانت اول زياره ليه بس اكيد مش هتبقا الاخيره اول ما انزل القاهره اكيد هكون هناك شكرا سلسله فنادق تريومف علي هذا المجهود الرائع

Hotel service is terrible. No Maintenance since 10 days + they refuses to take my garbage. Last pickup was 4 to 5 days ago. I have a baby and pampers and they do not care. They want me to stick to an cleaning appointment preselected by them. They give me appointments that do not match for me and dont care if it does not work for me as I work etc. and if I ask that just someone comes to take the garbage they say your problem....you had an appointment and missed it and shall wait till next week. So I have now to wait 1 week till someone comes and takes the garbage incl baby diapers. When I say I want to talk to the manager they just hang up and dont care. They receive 20 000 EGP in advance and dont care for anything. Biggest regret. I would like to go but they received my money. Take care before you book a long stay and never book despite through booking and avoid a long stay especially in their apartment. Shame on you to treat a mother with a baby like that.

This hotel is beautiful and breathtaking! It has an amazing pool and restaurants. However it is far from city center, it’s about 30-40 minutes away by taxi. It is a great spot for a nice get away from the hustle and bustle of the city for a couple days. The staff was super helpful and were willing to go the extra mile to make sure my stay was enjoyable!

انا كنت حاجز ثلاث اوض لفرح اختى، اوضه سويت واوضيتن تانيين لعياة العريس والعروسة، والصراحه الناس هناك اتعملوا معانا بكل احترام وسريعين جدا بتكلمهم على التليفون تتطلب اكل او فوط او اى حاجه بيجولى بسرعه وكل مره كنت بخرج من اوضتى وكنت احب اروح الريسبشين او المطعم عشان اكل وانا كانت اوضتى بعيدة كان فى حد دايما بياخدنى انا ووالدتى دايما بالجولف كارت. اكتر تلاته شوفت اسميهم اليومين اللى كنت هناك فيهم وساعدونى كتير حماده قاصر ومصطفى حسين و ناصر محمد، كانوا ذوق جدا معايا وفى منتهى الاحترام. لو روحتوا الفندق هنا مره واحده هتيجوا كل مره هتنزلوا فيها مصر وفندق جميل جدا كمان للعرسان والفوتوسيشن، عندهم مناظر طبيعية كتيره جدا تاخده منها صور.

أود أن اتقدم بخالص الشكر والاعتزاز والتقدير لكل العاملين بفندق tolip family park من قيادات ومسؤولين بذلك الفندق وذلك لأمانتهم واخلاصهم في الحرص على إعادة مصوغات ذهيبة بعد أن تم فقدها يوم الثلاثاء الماضى .

The hotel is very accessible lies in a well serviced area, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and also Gobus company station is next to it. The check-in process was fast. The room was very good, well kept, many thanks to housekeeping. The main restaurant was nice, staff were professional, breakfast was delicious with many choices. The pool area was good but, the pool was not heated enough although they were saying it is heated, towels are only available on request.
