We booked room 270. The window was large and open, offering a stunning sea view. Although the staff didn’t speak English, we communicated easily using a translation app — it wasn’t a problem at all. Everything was clean, and the room had smart features. There were convenient light and curtain controls right next to the bed, which made our stay even more comfortable. If you're planning a trip to the sea, this hotel has a truly luxurious view and a perfect location. It was both cozy and elegant. We're definitely ready to stay here again. Thank you!

Very very happy with this hotel. 1. very good customer service that made us feel at home. The front desk staff and all the service staff are friendly 2. Good location. Walking distance to old town and also 正定夜市 which is the biggest night market at Hebei 3. The hotel provide free fruits and afternoon tea daily 4. Very spacious and clean room. The bed is cery comfortable and cozy Will recommend it to my friends and will stay again for our next visit

從北京出發，自駕游來到了衡水入住此酒店，前台接待服務人員態度非常好，儘量滿足客户需求，免費升級房間，客房服務員態度也很好，房間乾淨整潔，酒店設施齊全，停車方便，早餐豐富，入住體驗感不錯。

The hotel location is near to WanLiMiao Pedestrian Street for a short distance walk to Metro XinBaiGuangChang. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful where one of the staff went extra miles to assist my queries and request. The room is clean and just right for solo or couple travelers. A decent breakfast buffet spread. Do take note that their hotel lobby is located at level 31 and you can do your laundry at the same level.

全這次邯鄲之行住了全程酒店（邯鄲道人民西路店），整體體驗挺不錯的。酒店位置很好，步行幾分鐘就能到邯鄲道歷史文化街區，逛吃都方便，離叢台公園也不遠，出行挺省心。 房間收拾得乾淨整潔，沒有異味，床睡得舒服，衞生間乾濕分離，日常用的東西也都齊全。最要誇的是4樓的打掃阿姨，從入住到離開都特別細心，每天打掃都會主動問要不要補充用品，特別貼心。前台辦理入住退房也挺快，態度也不錯。 早餐方面普普通通，種類不算多，但能做到營養均衡，吃飽沒問題。這個價位能有這樣的住宿體驗，性價比已經很高了，下次來邯鄲還會考慮住這裏。

酒店位置便利，出行很方便。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，隔音效果不錯，晚上休息得很好。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住退房效率高，有需求響應也及時。整體設施維護得不錯，衞浴用品齊全，熱水穩定。性價比在線，整體體驗滿意，下次出行還會考慮入住。

This was our best Christmas family trip so far! I can’t say enough about this resort! Child friendly, lots for kids to do. Well managed and organized for safety and fun. Great food, great people and the service from all the resort staff was mind blowing, that I couldn’t ask for more. For people who stay far away it can be a little bit of a travel to get to the resort but it is definitely worth it! I highly recommend a week or more stay, or you won’t have enough time to completely enjoy what the resort has to offer.

位置超級便利，步行有公交和地鐵，打車快捷不堵車。春節來玩，帶孩子去正定古城和河北博物院、科技館等，因為是假期，人流都大，建議一定不要開車去正定古城，不好停車還堵車，打車來回都很便利且不用擔心堵車。 旁邊就是龍湖星悦薈商場，逛吃購物都方便。酒店到B2可換乘電梯直達商場，不用出去。有遊玩設施，春節還有皮影戲現場演出，很贊。 酒店地下與商場共用停車場，免費而且方便。房間寬敞明亮，衞生做得特別到位，床單被罩乾淨無異味，浴室乾濕分離。床品軟硬適中，隔音效果不錯，晚上睡得很安穩。前台服務熱情，辦理入住退房都很快，Wi-Fi也流暢，性價比很高，下次來還會選這裏！！！

The hotel was a 52 minute ride from the airport. My room was extremely spacious and clean with a great view from the balcony. Betty assisted me from the time I checked in and was constantly making sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I found the room to be too hot and she swiftly sorted that out for me, offered me a complimentary breakfast, sent over fresh fruit and helped me to book with the ski resort. She was an absolute gem and made my stay more enjoyable. I was hoping to get a massage but the hotel doesn’t have a spa so that was the only downside. The service overall at the hotel was excellent and I’d love to go back very soon.
