The hotel provided an excellent and very warm welcome. There is a convenient vehicle service between the hotel and Bipenggou parking lot, just contact the hotel via WeChat. All the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was clean, new, and modern, build quality are excellent. I was truly impressed. The hotel also offers a hot spring in the evening, laundry facilities, and an on-site restaurant for dinner. The food was delicious. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and was very impressed. Highly recommended!😀👍🏻

這次入住體驗真的超出預期，必須全五星好評！酒店位置便利，出行十分省心，整體環境乾淨整潔、雅緻舒適，公共區域佈置用心，氛圍特別好。房間寬敞明亮，裝修精緻，床品柔軟親膚，衞浴乾淨無異味，隔音效果也很出色，一夜好眠特別放鬆。最讓人驚喜的是前台服務，工作人員態度熱情周到、耐心細緻，辦理入住時主動為我們免費升級了房型，升級後的房間視野更好、空間更寬敞，這份貼心讓人倍感温暖。整體服務專業、細節到位，性價比超高，無論是出行遊玩還是商務住宿都非常合適，強烈推薦，下次一定還會選擇這裏！

This was one of the best places I ever stayed. Stunning room, huuuuge spa bath, beautiful view, comfy bed, great air quality (non smoking!!!), great shower with high brand products. They had wonderful food in the restaurant that was largely locally sourced and grown, cooked to perfection. They also had lots of interesting and fun extras, such as tea picking in their semi-wild gardens and practicing calligraphy. All the staff was super friendly and generous. The tea in the hotel was also super tasty — from their own garden. Generally, design and service and quality were all top notch. We wished we could stay for a week.

Although I do recommend this hotel - I do so with reservations. First, the good.... It is well situated, and the rooms are kept clean. Secondly, my reservations..... The entrance to the hotel is quite hidden, and you enter through a service area. The elevator to hotel to is shared with other businesses, and it is a single elevator often with a long wait time and often full of cleaners carts, delivery people, other workers. There is no security on the elevator - anyone can go to any floor, which felt very insecure. The advertised rooftop spa area - with it's beautiful pictures shown by the hotel - is sad and unusable (I've attached photos here to show the reality of a few empty tanks on the rooftop). Overall, if you are looking for a budget-friendly option in Chengdu, this will be good for you.

Beautiful boutique. Lovely family and service. The only issue is signage as it was difficult to find and driver wanted to drop me off at a different location and was willing to walk with us to the hotel 800m away and I refused and he managed to find hotel in the end after phone calls and a few stops. He was a little impatient and I refused to walk. Room was beautiful and had everything we need. The thoughtful fruits for supper is cute. I did struggle to find good places to dine but the scenic area was close by and beautiful. Totally worth the stay.

I had a great stay at Piedmont Hot Spring Villa. The location is excellent. It is only about 11 minutes walk to Jiuzhaigou National Park. If you don't want to walk, a taxi costs around ¥20 (sometimes even ¥10). There are many restaurants, shops, cafes, and souvenir stores nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel uses Al technology and the bed was very comfortable. I slept well through the night and felt refreshed for the next day's sightseeing. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and I was happy to receive a free upgrade to a premium room. Highly recommended!

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in while travelling China. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast, which was delivered to our room, was nutritious and delicious. The room itself was so spacious, the bed was really comfortable, and unlike most hotels the room had its own heating and cooling. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again without hesitation.

朋友推薦的民宿，聽她們説是今年3月開業的，來了這家民宿真的沒踩雷，做為消費者整體住下來特別舒服，真心推薦給大家。 位置也很好找，這次住的民宿真的超出預期，體驗感拉滿，必須來認真誇一誇😊剛到民宿門口就被驚喜到了，工作人員熱情地給我們獻上哈達，瞬間就有儀式感，心裏暖暖的，一下子就感受到了當地的誠意。全程都是管家式服務，從入住到退房，有任何問題隨叫隨到，不用自己操心任何事，特別省心。晚上到的，還有酒吧，特別適合打卡，調酒師是個帥哥，調的酒也超好喝，老闆還彈了吉他給我們聽😊很有氛圍感。 早上還有管家送來九宮格早餐，打開窗簾就是雪山風景，民宿中餐火鍋下午茶咖啡這些都有，中午吃了川菜，味道很不錯👍咖啡現磨也很醇香，下午本來打算去景區玩的，但是他們這裏實在太美了不想走了，又在這裏喝下午茶打卡拍照📷，晚上吃了火鍋菜品新鮮 味道可以。性價比真的很高，平時在其他地方住2K的完全比不了這裏，下次我還會再來這邊玩，聽老闆説6.7月還可以來這裏摘車釐子🍒 後面再來😊良心推薦給各位朋友，超出片真心不錯哈哈

While it was mostly pros, there were one or two cons. Pros: 1. Good service from the staff. Prompt service rendered with good service etiquette. 2. Location was good as we were just 5mins from Bipengou Scenic Area entrance. There were lots of food options within walking distance. 3. Nicely appointed hotel rooms, spacious and well designed. 4. Fantastic laundry machines. The wash and the dryer were incredible. Cons: 1. Smoking is a big problem here. Guests are allowed to smoke in the lobby, common areas indoors and in some rooms. Although we got a non-smoking room, the pillows and bedsheets in my room were full of smoke smells. It was quite unpleasant. 2. Cleanliness could be improved further. Overall, I think this is one of the best looking hotels in the area. T

The most notable parts of our stay were the service and the hotel design. Firstly, the hotel is beautifully designed with such a peaceful atmosphere. Secondly, we experienced some issues with the amenities but the service by the front desk and other staff was excellent. Our issue with the amenities was a shower that did not drain the used water, and therefore prevented us from using the bath tub which was meant to be the defining point of our stay at the hotel. Once the water finally drained at midnight, the drain started emitting a stale, moldy smell that filled the room.  The front desk staff were quick to understand and apologize for the issue with the amenities and stated that they would resolve it ASAP for next guest.
