Malaysian Muslim traveller here 🤗 I had a really pleasant stay at Dujiangyan Center Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights! The hotel is clean, the room is spacious and very comfortable. I was lucky to get a river view – the view was so calming, especially at night. Really love the peaceful vibe. For fellow Muslim travellers, no stress about food. There are 2–3 halal restaurants near the hotel, all within walking distance, so it was very convenient. Location is super strategic: • Less than 10 minutes walk to Guanxian Ancient City • Around 5 minutes walk to Lidui Park Railway Station • About 5 minutes walk to Yangtianwo Square (the famous selfie panda 🐼) It's very easy to get Didi or taxi from here too, so moving around is hassle-free. Small tip: Make sure to check that all the windows are properly closed at night. In China, some hotels leave the windows slightly open for fresh air, and we might not realize it. So just double check before sleeping 😊 Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. Comfortable room, nice river view, good location, Muslim-friendly – definitely recommended if you’re visiting Dujiangyan!

Service: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.

The hotel provided an excellent and very warm welcome. There is a convenient vehicle service between the hotel and Bipenggou parking lot, just contact the hotel via WeChat. All the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was clean, new, and modern, build quality are excellent. I was truly impressed. The hotel also offers a hot spring in the evening, laundry facilities, and an on-site restaurant for dinner. The food was delicious. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and was very impressed. Highly recommended!😀👍🏻

Walaupun saya agak kecewa kerana tidak melihat sebarang monyet sepanjang perjalanan ke Emei ini, saya sangat berpuas hati dengan hotel ini.Nisbah harga/prestasi sangat tinggi dan saya akan memilihnya lagi lain kali saya berpeluang! The hotel is very nice with a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. The room was clean and the view was just as good as shown in the pictures. The service was excellent. The hotel even arranged a pick-up service, and the staff took very good care of us throughout our stay, which made everything very convenient and comfortable. This place is highly recommended for anyone who doesn’t want to do just a one-day trip and rush back. Staying here allows you to fully enjoy the area and relax. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. ⭐ Highly recommended.

This was one of the best places I ever stayed. Stunning room, huuuuge spa bath, beautiful view, comfy bed, great air quality (non smoking!!!), great shower with high brand products. They had wonderful food in the restaurant that was largely locally sourced and grown, cooked to perfection. They also had lots of interesting and fun extras, such as tea picking in their semi-wild gardens and practicing calligraphy. All the staff was super friendly and generous. The tea in the hotel was also super tasty — from their own garden. Generally, design and service and quality were all top notch. We wished we could stay for a week.

房間非常寬敞明亮，裝修風格是我喜歡的。孩子特別喜歡有私湯的房間，興奮得不得了。 到茂縣的時候，正颳大風，體感温度很冷。到民宿房間後，地暖很暖和，剛好陽光也正好，真是棒極了。 老闆很熱情，推薦美食、講解景點玩法、送我們去縣城吃飯。第二天早上還安排餐廳阿姨把早餐給我們送進房間。 送餐阿姨認真的介紹了她們自己包的餃子，真的很好吃！我沒捨得多吃，我女兒一口氣吃完了，哈哈哈。

Ini adalah hotel yang agak keluar dari tarikan pelancongan yang terkenal. Jika anda suka damai tanpa ramai pelancong ini adalah pilihan yang bagus. 1 perkara negatif mereka menyebut hidangan sarapan pagi sehingga 9 pagi. Apabila kami turun pada pukul 9 pagi semuanya disimpan dan bersih.

While it was mostly pros, there were one or two cons. Pros: 1. Good service from the staff. Prompt service rendered with good service etiquette. 2. Location was good as we were just 5mins from Bipengou Scenic Area entrance. There were lots of food options within walking distance. 3. Nicely appointed hotel rooms, spacious and well designed. 4. Fantastic laundry machines. The wash and the dryer were incredible. Cons: 1. Smoking is a big problem here. Guests are allowed to smoke in the lobby, common areas indoors and in some rooms. Although we got a non-smoking room, the pillows and bedsheets in my room were full of smoke smells. It was quite unpleasant. 2. Cleanliness could be improved further. Overall, I think this is one of the best looking hotels in the area. T

The good: - the location is fantastic with lots of hiking nearby and easy to get to the buses for Mt. Emei - the staff are very friendly The bad: - the hotel is definitely looking tired and dated: chipped woodwork in the rooms, flaking paint on the balcony. - only one of the many bars is open. Everytime we wanted to order something we were shown a huge menu, only to then be told most things were not available - this included wines, beers and food. - the hotel was incredibly quiet with the restaurant and bar being completely empty most of the time we were there. Whilst not the hotel’s fault, it dead mean a complete lack of atmosphere. - various items were listed as included when booking with Trip.com - none of them were available or in fact included. - when advise was needed from reception: the information given was often not accurate. The staff were wonderfully friendly, they just did not seem to have accurate information or to check it. Overall: this was the most expensive hotel booked during my three week tour of China and the most disappointing. I would unfortunately not recommend, especially in low season.
