I truly believe this is the best hotel in Dujiangyan! We had an amazing experience right from the start. Yao, Ya, and May handled our check-in and luggage with great care; they were incredibly professional and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was stunning, and the views were simply out of this world! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Dujiangyan.

Service: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.

I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers.

Barbeku di restoran itu rasanya sungguh sedap, terima kasih banyak! Sarapan pagi dihidangkan dari pukul 7 hingga 10. Terdapat banyak masa, ia agak kaya, dan persekitaran restoran juga sangat baik. Walaupun saya agak kecewa kerana tidak melihat sebarang monyet sepanjang perjalanan ke Emei ini, saya sangat berpuas hati dengan hotel ini.Nisbah harga/prestasi sangat tinggi dan saya akan memilihnya lagi lain kali saya berpeluang! Overall had a comfortable experience. The location is convenient for visiting the scenic area, and the staff were helpful, especially with arranging transport and giving directions. The room was clean and warm, which was very important after a long day in the cold. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. A good choice if you’re planning to explore Bipenggou and want something practical and comfortable.

We had a fantastic tranquil stay for 2 nights at this accommodation. The hosts are wonderful and show great hospitality to all their guests. They have offered rides in the area (for us a visit to the panda base was a must), organized a transfer, offered tea and coffee throughout the day and were available all the time. Our highlight was picking tea leaves with the family’s grandmother and preparing the tea with the family’s grandfather. The room and public places are cosy and well equipped. Our son loved the tree house in the backyard. The food was tasty and their menu offered us to try some local delicacies. Recommendation to everyone who wants to stay in the area around Ya’an.

房間非常寬敞明亮，裝修風格是我喜歡的。孩子特別喜歡有私湯的房間，興奮得不得了。 到茂縣的時候，正颳大風，體感温度很冷。到民宿房間後，地暖很暖和，剛好陽光也正好，真是棒極了。 老闆很熱情，推薦美食、講解景點玩法、送我們去縣城吃飯。第二天早上還安排餐廳阿姨把早餐給我們送進房間。 送餐阿姨認真的介紹了她們自己包的餃子，真的很好吃！我沒捨得多吃，我女兒一口氣吃完了，哈哈哈。

Ini adalah hotel yang agak keluar dari tarikan pelancongan yang terkenal. Jika anda suka damai tanpa ramai pelancong ini adalah pilihan yang bagus. 1 perkara negatif mereka menyebut hidangan sarapan pagi sehingga 9 pagi. Apabila kami turun pada pukul 9 pagi semuanya disimpan dan bersih.

We are so glad that we picked this hotel. The hotel is stunning. We arrived late and were glad that hotpot was available in the hotel restaurant as it was freezing cool outside. We enjoyed our dinner in the beautiful restaurant. Our room was stunning. The beds were super comfortable. The heater was great. No issues with the room temperature. We slept like a baby after a two and half hours journey from Siguniang. The young staff members were helpful and attentive. Our experience in this hotel has exceeded our expectations. Sadly, we only stayed a night. We would love to revisit. Note: The hotel is only a few minutes walk away from the Bippengou scenic park entrance .

The good: - the location is fantastic with lots of hiking nearby and easy to get to the buses for Mt. Emei - the staff are very friendly The bad: - the hotel is definitely looking tired and dated: chipped woodwork in the rooms, flaking paint on the balcony. - only one of the many bars is open. Everytime we wanted to order something we were shown a huge menu, only to then be told most things were not available - this included wines, beers and food. - the hotel was incredibly quiet with the restaurant and bar being completely empty most of the time we were there. Whilst not the hotel’s fault, it dead mean a complete lack of atmosphere. - various items were listed as included when booking with Trip.com - none of them were available or in fact included. - when advise was needed from reception: the information given was often not accurate. The staff were wonderfully friendly, they just did not seem to have accurate information or to check it. Overall: this was the most expensive hotel booked during my three week tour of China and the most disappointing. I would unfortunately not recommend, especially in low season.
