Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately they charged transportation (from airport to the hotel) more than 10 times compared to other transportation such as Taxi or Uber.

My stay at Roseate House was exceptional from start to finish. The location is perfect, offering easy access to the city’s attractions while providing a peaceful retreat. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and stunning views. Dining at the hotel was a culinary delight, with a fantastic breakfast buffet and exquisite meals at their signature restaurant. Amenities like the pristine pool, rejuvenating spa, and well-equipped gym added to the overall experience. The concierge was very helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Prepaid for hotel to Trip and Trip had forwarded payment to the hotel however staff at reception seems to be clueless with once agent sends payment customer needs to be checked in however took a long time to check in and payment issue was still not sorted. Won’t be going back to this property again :((

Kami banyak menikmati bar & kafe luar dan kolam renang. Mereka mempunyai restoran Sevilla yang sangat bagus yang menyajikan makanan lezat. Kami akan kembali! TBH I think this hotel is bit overpriced. However I'm not sure if that's the average charges for all these airports near to New Delhi Airport.  Location : Good, near to airport  Room : Good, clean, spacious Service : All of the snacks in the room come at additional charges. There's nothing much to eat nearby, and I think the hotel meal comes at a high price too. 

Everything was good including service, facilities, and all, especially considering the price—the best cost-effective five-star experience. The arrangement of furniture in the room is very good, giving you a cozy feeling. Staffs are very kind and are well-mannered. However, there are some mild fragrance issues all over the place including in the room. I'd say it's a general Indian scent usually not found in other franchise 5-star hotels. The fragrance in the lobby, elevators, and corridors needs improvement. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally good considering the price, with a high understanding of different cuisines around the globe. Room service foods are also high quality.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic—everything you could need is within walking distance, making it perfect for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every part of my visit was smooth and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of options that catered to different tastes. While the decor could use a bit of a refresh, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. All in all, a very good stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to others.

The Imperial Hotel is a delightful blend of elegance and warmth. The staff’s exceptional service made us feel right at home. The restaurant offers authentic Indian cuisine, and the hotel’s interior exudes an unmistakable authenticity. Highly recommended!!

it was a good stay, except when i stayed with family, they keep us waiting until late instead of giving us the keys in late night with a sick lady with me. else, it was good.

Location is quite good but the hotel is a bit dated. The safe was not working, but to their credit, they replaced one the next day. Cleanliness is just OK, but can be improved. The room is generally OK, but the drawers were not cleaned properly.
