La place principale est à100m pour un verre ou le petit déjeuner, une pâtisserie se trouve presque en face, et une épicerie à 2mn à pied.
Un seul regret : y être resté seulement une nuit 😀"

"La estancia no ha sido satisfactoria. Muy caro para el servicio del hotel. Sin desayuno 2 noches 238 euros. Cuando entre no olía bien quise abrir la ventana de la habitación y no se podía porque lo impedía unas cortinas de cuéntame. La cisterna funcionaba mal tenías que haber esfuerzo para que funcionara. Para encender las luces hay que hacer un máster y para llevarte la llave necesitas casi una mochila el llavero es enorme"

GGuest UserThe hotel was in a nice location and the restaurant was very good the back patio along the river was a highlight the rooms were small but met my needs I appreciated the front desk help and the morning breakfast’s were excellent. My complaint was that It was impossible to take a shower and not flood my room. There is clearly a known problem that the hotel hasn’t bothered to take care of because I could see the rotted baseboards near the bottom of the outside of the shower from many previous floods. The wood was damaged and peeling away from the wall. They didn’t seem to care when I told them. It wasn’t nice that they didn’t tell me to be careful if this known issue when showering so I didn’t have to step out of the shower and use every towel in the room to mop up all the water.

TTiantianyunyouHaro itself is a small place. The hotel is about a fifteen-minute walk from the train station, with a long, difficult uphill section. The hotel is located right in the center of the town square. Reception is on the first floor, requiring an elevator ride up one level. The supermarket is about a seven or eight-minute walk away, and the rooms have refrigerators. Recommended.

GGuest UserGreat location - short walk from the Cathedral and Calle del Laurel and with a supermarket next door.
Room was very warm (early November - was 10-16 celcius outside) with only heating available in the rooms. And no air circulation. Had to open the window.
Parking was available but was super narrow - drove a Renault Captur and it was very tight. To be fair, the hotel did recommend parking at another car park nearby.

Before coming, the staff was very intimate: help book a restaurant, contact a chartered car, and respond very quickly.
I missed my scheduled dinner when I arrived because of the flight delay. The front desk told me ”don't rush, how comfortable and how to come”. What moved me more was that after I returned to the room, the front desk also called specifically and said that if I was tired, dinner could be delivered to the room. This kind of meticulousness can't be installed. Every employee is very warm and warm, Both physically and mentally were greatly relaxed.
The appearance of the hotel is very old, but it is completely modern: the bedside is equipped with a USB socket the big hotel I stayed in Barcelona did not have. The bathroom has a faint smell of disinfectant water, not pungent, and is reassuringly clean. The bedding is extremely comfortable.
The food is really delicious, zero slots.
The only reminder: if it's not self-driving, it's a little bit more troublesome to arrive. But trust me, you'll be glad it's hidden in such a quiet place.

MMikeSZThe hotel is very central, near all the bars and restaurants, Calle Laurel too but it was quiet at night. It has its own underground car park as well. The staff are really kind and helpful. There's a Cafe right next to the hotel with excellent coffee and pastries. The food in the bars and restaurants in the city center is very good.
