Hotel Dengan spa di Emilia-Romagna, Italy

Booked this hotel as it was situated just off the main dual carriageway and had good road links to Cesena and Forli for trains and good links back to Florence and Pisa for the airport. The hotel is located in the heart of the town and the entrance isn’t visible from the road. It has its own carpark for €6 per night but there are lots of parking spaces around the town, white lined spaces are Free!! Blue lined space you have to pay for, so check the lines! Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean, there were two plugs one either side of the bed so being an adapter and extension cable for extra plug space, little mini bar that was reasonably priced and cupboard space with a little safe in. The swimming pool was warm and the roof opens in the summer. The attendant was knowledgeable and excited to explain that the pool is warmed by the natural springs and that smell of sulphur was from these springs and good for the skin. Pool was long enough to swim in and had bubble jets and falling water. There is also a bigger thermal spa available but we didn’t have time to make use of that. Breakfast was a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries and cakes etc, no hot option though. The only negative for breakfast was, staff served all the food, this was challenging with the language barrier and meant you had to ask for anything you wanted…. Town was lovely, lots of little shops and a few restaurants and bars. Towns folk were friendly and helpful and the little market was nice for local products. Lots of walking and cycling routes in the area too

We stayed here as our main hotel while travelling to other cities, and it was such a great choice. The hotel is really close to the train station, which made everything so convenient for our family. From the outside and entrance, it may not look very special at first, but once you walk inside, the atmosphere feels warm, cosy, and welcoming. The staff were all very kind and friendly, and they made us feel comfortable during our stay. The room was very clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent especially the shower with strong water pressure, which we really loved after a long day of travelling. The TV was big, and there was also a fridge in the room, which was very useful. Breakfast was not huge, but there was still plenty of choice and enough to enjoy a full meal every morning. Everything about this hotel felt perfect for us. We all really liked this hotel very much, and if possible, I would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

We are business travelers and our clients stay this hotel many times . It a standard 4 stars hotel , clean , staff and environment are good . Unfortunately this time had a bad experience on it . Never happened in this 4 star hotel . The staff given the room key and well check-in for our clients at Italy time 9:00pm , Once they entranced into the room . The room was occupied. We immediately run to the front desk , the stafff use 1 hour to handle the case and said not available the triple room . We didn’t said we must the triple room , we are 2 persons At least settled down for us at night time . She use 1 hour slowly motion to handle the case . And said we have 2 single room for us but need extra EURO20/per room means extra total EUR 40 more . At that moment we only accepted because at night 10pm . We never see this non professional skill on any star hotel . We are happy on their management. They want to understand what happened on their staff . Management will to listen and known what are the mistakes on their staff . Thank you for their management officers.

Seafront structure basic room good mattress with a nice topper very clean room and I must say also the breakfast is not bad. Small flaw the silence of the rooms, they are not soundproofed and a group of kids came back at 3:30 making a lot of noise in the corridor and once in the rooms you could hear their talking.

The traffic is very convenient. It is very close to the train station and the Enzo Ferrari Museum, so I chose to live here. The front desk service is very warm. The cleaning is very clean. The room is quite clean. But there is no expectation. There is no sense of design. The local consumption of Modena is much lower than that of Florence. But the most The price of this room in Jiaxi and the Indgo with a balcony in Florence is almost equivalent. The bedding is also very general. There is also a highlight that there is a Chinese restaurant called Wang diagonally opposite the hotel. It is not expensive. It is worth it for two nights.

Pros: - Located in a very central area of the town; - Cosy, nice breakfast area with varied choice; - Clean; - Friendly and welcoming staff. Cons: - It was high season but the price was way too high for a room shared by 4 people; - Too much chlorine in the jacuzzi; - Very narrow and old elevator; - Room for 4 with chargers only by the double bed and not the bunk beds. The bunk beds literally are hostel looking. The space is very small for 4 people to be in and move around. Me and my friends opted for this structure since we were keen on spending the 15th of August in Cervia, which justifies the high price, but we still had higher expectations.

Great location, only a short walk to and from the old town centre, and right next to the Parma Centrale. Parking available, and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only slight downside was that the AC wasn’t working properly, but the staff ensured that we were well taken care of.

This hotel is a traditional style hotel. We liked it a lot, it was very comfortable. We had the best nights sleep there. And isn't sleeping the most important thing in a hotel? We liked the traditional room, it was cozy, with a balcony too, The service was helpful. The facade of the hotel building is not beautiful (in my opinion) but inside is a good hotel. We would definitely stay there again. It's convenient to the train station and to the city centre. The breakfast was pretty good.

Satisfied. There's a Chinese restaurant right next to the hotel, and the food is quite good. The train station is just across the street from the hotel, making travel very convenient.
