Great location and excellent service! We were only supposed to stay for 1 day, but ended up staying 4. The front desk employees were very accommodating. They were also very helpful with suggestions on were to eat and things to do.

Saya dapat memberitahu anda bahawa ketika kami sampai di sana, kami pasti terkejut dan tidak dengan cara yang baik. Saya tidak faham bagaimana anda boleh berada sejauh 6 kaki jika anda tidak dapat masuk ke kawasan kolam renang, apalagi kolam itu sendiri. Sebab lain mengapa kami sangat tidak senang adalah kerana kami membawa makanan beku yang diharapkan dapat memanaskannya dan tidak ada ketuhar, atau microwave di dalam bilik. Untuk hotel bertaraf 4 bintang yang tidak masuk akal! Selain itu, hotel ini melakukan beberapa program bantuan COVID-19 yang dalam perjalanannya sangat bagus kerana fakta bahawa New Orleans adalah kawasan yang miskin, tetapi mereka tidak memberitahu kami ketika kami menempah bilik dan di luar hotel ini penuh dengan gelandangan dan yang lain hanya duduk merokok dan minum di kedua-dua pintu di luar dan berkeliaran di lobi. Saya dan suami sangat tidak senang dan walaupun hotel memberi mereka makanan dan air, mereka membuat tempat di mana orang pasti akan dijangkiti virus itu sekiranya mereka tidak cukup berhati-hati atau jika ada orang yang mengalaminya. Sekiranya kita kembali ke New Orleans, kita tidak akan tinggal di sana.

This is a fantastic place to stay in the heart of the French Quarter area. Very comfy hotel rooms with a nice bathroom and coffee making facilities inside the room. Would definitely stay again if visiting NOLA.

To check into the room was a breeze. The customer service rep was excellent at his job and even helped me get information about a tour I had booked. The room itself was shabby or well worn looking and smelled. Maid service was good in that the bed was made everyday, but the bed itself was lumpy. There were rust stains in the bathtub. To step outside to smoke a cigarette, one is bombarded with homeless people asking for money or cigarettes. Seems more could have been done to safeguard guests standing in front of the hotel waiting for something or just getting a breath of fresh air from such harassment. I then found out there was a balcony on the 2nd floor where guests could go to smoke their cigarette. The view from the balcony is excellent as it looks right down on Burbon Street, what a treat. Spending days exploring the city and later going to the balcony in the evenings became a routine for me. That is until one night leaving the balcony heading toward the elevator I ran up upon a woman who was stooped down peeing on the floor by the wall that has a picture of a lady with a piece of paper over her eyes. There were bathrooms on the second floor, so I couldn't understand why she would do that. I guess that speaks to the type of person she is. I was appalled. If that is a representation of the type of people who book rooms at the Astor, then that hotel is not the hotel for me! No, I will never stay there again

Had a wonderful time at French Market Inn. Room was clean and comfortable. Courtyard was relaxing place to enjoy time with friends. Hotel was close to Bourbon Street, plus many eateries and bars. Would definitely stay there again.
