The room was spacious and very clean, nice and quiet environment, bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommended couple/solo travellers.

Very close to 士林, suitable for families who wish to go to the 親子活動there. But need to take taxi. The MTR station is 13 mins far, but hotel will offer you shuttle bus to there (30 mins / round)

The receptionist can understand English. Thats good. The bed and bathroom quite clean, the curtain is electronic curtain, quite modern. They gave 4 bottles of water, that’s great. They provide hair dryer, soap and shampoo. The closet also automatic. Worth for money. Sleep well. The hotel quite and no traffic sound through the room eventhough the hotel is near the main road. Love to stay here.

I’m impressed by the modern feel of the hotel with modern designs, amenities that are human centred. Room is clean and feels new. However, the wifi is not stable and not that powerful. Location a bit off as it is still a walking distance to any convenience store, metro system and shopping areas.

I liked staying in this hotel, and stayed a total of 10 days over two bookings. Rooms were clean and modern.

The hotel gave me an incredible experience. Its cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and the facilities made my stay pleasant and enjoyable.

Location is pretty far away from taipei centre ( taipei 101 etc ) , pretty clean n basic , if you are on budget constrain then this will be a good choice as the price half from What taipei 101 area normally charge for similar hotel. Be prepare to pay uber , by metro it will be about 1hour plus

Thank God for the room was upgraded and we had a nice stay. Good breakfast available, except one had to bear with the group travellers with different culture. Will consider coming back.

Altough its far from public transport and city, but the view was amazing, got a nice full breakfast, a super spacious room and clean with comfy bed. Best for looking for comfort!

The room is big and comfortable. They do their best to meet my needs, but it’s a little far away from the MRT station.

Pluses: The room we were in had great views and was big and comfortable. There is a nice shopping centre with lots of food options, just a 5 mins walk away. There is a train station 10 min walking distance from the hotel. Otherwise, you can also wait for the shuttle service (provided by the shopping centre) which will also stop at a train station. Areas for improvement: Pillows were very soft and even stacking 2 together couldn’t prevent a neck ache. There are no drawers or cupboards in the room. Waiting time for lifts to the rooms is quite long and queues may form during peak periods. Front desk staff could be friendlier and better trained.
