The staff service was great, and the room was quite spacious, easily accommodating 3 adults and 1 child. It's very baby-friendly; they offer a sterilizer and baby bath amenities for loan, and the room facilities are safe. The only downside is that the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking.

Upon check in there are too many staff during our check in in front desk but no one dare to ask for assistance unless you are the one will initiate it, i have been in different hotels before but this kind of service in the front desk is common i just don’t want to address it’s too obvious, they need more training maybe., one guy is very well in speaking in english is the one can show up hospitality the other is i don’t know, the room is narrow but we still find way to make ourselves comfortable since we will be staying for just a night enough to rest. The breakfast is good the staff is very good we understand the language is a little bit complicated but we appreciated the effort to communicate we love them for that they are much more good having interaction with their guest unlike in front desk. The sauna is out of order during our stay so we didn’t feel it’s kinda value for money since most of the facilities is out of service.

We booked a room for Dec 31st to Jan 1st. Because of our New Year's Eve plans, we ended up checking in after 3 AM on Jan 1st. I'm really grateful to the front desk staff for helping us adjust our check-in time. Although the wait was a bit long and I even dozed off, I'm still very thankful. The room was very clean, and the breakfast had quite a variety. My only minor complaint is that there weren't many drink options for my taste, but then again, I might have woken up too late! 🤣

The staff is very friendly and service orientated. But we needed to queue up waiting to be seated for breakfast because there were too many people. Breakfast was okay. Coffee or tea in plastic cup however s is not pleasing.

Overall, the stay at Fullon Hotel Taipei 2 was quite good. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable, perfect for a good rest. The hotel has facilities such as a sauna, which made me feel much more relaxed – a plus for any trip. Breakfast wasn't included in the package I chose, but there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it convenient to get food. The staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were smooth. The overall environment was quiet and relaxed, suitable for both business and leisure travelers.

The room facilities were a bit dated. However, the front desk staff were very friendly. The location was also great, very close to the city center and the zoo. This time I stayed on the 11th floor, and the noise from the room next door was very loud at night, it sounded like they were slamming down a suitcase... something like that. The bathroom was a bit dark, and the shower head in the bathtub was difficult to operate.

The route from the interchange to the hotel is winding; clearer signage would be better. Parking is plentiful and very convenient. The staff all seem to be foreigners. Overall, a pretty good hotel.

I stayed twice. The room was generally clean, but the LED reading light on the desk had a malfunctioning sensor and couldn't be turned off.

There wasn't even bottled water. The bed was comfortable, and I hope everyone will continue to support island travel.

Fullon Hotel Taipei 2 was truly a perfect stay! The hotel was clean and tidy, with complete and well-maintained facilities. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, allowing for relaxation. The staff were friendly and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very quick. They also proactively provided local tourist information to make the trip smoother. The location is convenient, close to Shenkeng Old Street, making it easy to go out and enjoy local cuisine. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely stay again. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Taipei or Shenkeng! Zoo. Maokong Gondola. Bus 236... Old Street. Don't take buses starting with 1 or 2! Taking the bus is very convenient!

The hotel staff was very friendly. As we had to check in near midnight, we were exhausted when we arrived at the hotel. We quickly got the room card and went upstairs to rest. Unfortunately, the baby cot, sterilizer and bathtub were not put in the room in advance. After we asked again, they helped to deal with it as soon as possible. The next day, I took my kids to the Taipei Zoo, which was only five minutes away from the hotel. Unexpectedly, it rained non-stop when the zoo was closed. After taking a good shower in the hotel, fortunately, there were many restaurants around the hotel where we could call to order food in advance, and then one person could go pick up the food and eat it at the hotel. All in all, the overall stay was very comfortable. Due to the spring trip, I was unable to fully experience the hotel. Next time I stay, I will want to spend more time exploring the hotel. There are many super cute koala and panda elements, and I will also want to bring other family members to stay with me.

The hotel is clean, but there is a big disadvantage. The bathroom is a traditional bathtub with a shower rack above it. After taking a shower, there is no dry and wet separation, so the entire bathroom floor is slippery and water-logged. There is a lot of fog, and the floor mat is also a pool of water It was very uncomfortable because we had two large beds in the family room, and there were other family members taking turns to use the bathroom, but there was no dry and wet separation, so everyone felt bad afterwards 😔 The whole bathroom was wet and the floor was covered with water.
