Service is very good I enjoyed it very much

忘記了拍照，這個酒店位置還算不錯，地鐵走路幾分鐘就到，附近有中餐廳，麥當勞之類的。但是酒店的硬件設施就比較簡單，可能是老酒店，隔音一般，旁邊房間電視聲音大一點都能聽到一些。早餐比較簡單，還行。前台服務人員的態度不錯。

Very cold

Forced into a stay here when flight cancellations marooned me, and half the air traveling world it seems, at JFK on a Friday night. It is a nightmare to find oneself stranded at 9pm when the last flight out is cancelled and bad weather means there is a seething mass of humanity trying to rebook flights and to get hotels. There was nothing remotely close to JFK and this hotel, at about 30 minutes ride and $80 on Uber was the best option. Arrived around 11pm. The reception area is small and actually doesn't match the decent exterior when you show up. There is an elevator as you walk in and reception to the right. We were efficiently booked in, if in a slightly taciturn manner. Last minute bookings mean you get what you are given in terms of room location, and we had 104 which is directly opposite the elevator, across a corridor that is not wide. My heart sinks when this happens because proximity to an elevator often means noise. Actually, I didn't notice noise from this or anything else on this short stay, which may be because I had been awake for 24 hours having just arrived on a transaltantic flight. The room was small, with two large beds that dominated the room. Large flat screen of course, plus some storage (not that we needed it) for clothes. Beds were actually very comfortable and clean, as was the whole room. The bathroom was similarly compact but there was an excellent walk in shower and I commend Comfort Inn for doing this. Much preferable to an over the tub shower in my view. Shower worked well, the door to the bathroom wouldn't latch or lock but that's probably not a big issue for most I'm sure. This was a bit of a feature of the hotel - door knobs that were loose, things that didn't quite close properly etc. We were there for about 8 hours in total so I can't comment on the location but, although close to an elevated roadway, seemed fine. There was a basic breakfast in a dedicated area but the pickings looked pretty thin and we had a plane to catch and promptly Ubered (there are plenty around) back to the airport. Would I stay here again? Probably not by choice but if you need a place to lay your head it's absolutely fine.

I really like the hotel's add-ons given that it is a budget hotel. Has a gym, some free drinks (but give up the coffee, it's awful), ice, free breakfast. I hope the hotel and change it). The room is tidy and the public spaces too. I didn't get lucky enough to get a room with a view of the statue of liberty. But I can't ask for more for the price!

This hotel is in a great location for Willimasburg. Lots of great restaurants and stores you can walk to. The facilities are very nice, with a restaurant and roof top bar on location. The 10% offered for the roof top was questioned and I didinot receive it. The service at the roof top was sub-par. The bartenders were not that busy, but never looked up at you while waiting, they were not friendly at all. The beer my daughter got from the tap was not cold. The prices are hig. That said, I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to be in the heart of Williamsburg, and ok with the tiniest hotel room I've ever stayed in!

The hotel is more like a hostel. Very small rooms small double bed or bunk beds because you will not fit two single beds in the room. Shower very good. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Yes tv. No breakfast included. You have to go to a nearby cafe to get a proper meal. You can get various coffee and tea bagels scones continental style breakfast in the bar area in the POD. For 4 nights accommodation only Thursday to Sunday cost app 1200.00 euro per room.

Awesome! This hotel was perfect! This is the second time I’ve stayed here. The front desk person (Stephanie) was so helpful. I needed to know the best route to the NYC Half start line and Jamie (GM) was able to make sure I knew of street closures and the best way to get there on time. We had a great weekend and great time overall! The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. We had a mini fridge, microwave, couch, table in our room. Will absolutely stay here again! Thanks!

To begin with, I must stress that we only used our room, and spoke to staff on the reception area. I’ve no idea on the quality of the rooftop bar nor restaurant at the hotel. Location: We booked knowing that this was in the Financial district, but I was elated with the location. We got the air-train & subway from JFK and the hotel is just a few blocks from Fulton Street Subway station. I am a quick walker, and found that the World Trade Center was only 5 minutes from the hotel, the same with Wall Street / the waterfront which was a great location to me. There were plenty of shops / restaurants / etc. in the area (where doesn’t have that in NYC?). There was construction work taking place across the street from the hotel entrance, but never any issues with traffic or noise. Reception / Staff: We arrived in the evening on a Wednesday and the staff on reception were really welcoming as we were checking in. They were taking the time to say hello to returning guests as they came through the lobby. We experienced this ourselves whenever we returned to the hotel. It may be a small thing, but it showed good customer service to me. Room: A lot of rooms in NYC are “small” when compared to counterparts in other cities so I never expect masses of space. I was happy with the size of our room when we arrived. We were on the 21st floor, and our room was on the corner overlooking the front of the building and the construction site across the street. There was small walkway between the door to the room and the bedroom. 2 of us stayed there with 2 cases and we found enough room to move around. The bed was comfortable, everything in the room worked. We had a coffee machine and bottled water given to us for drinking. The bathroom had a shower & toiletries, and it was clear everything was clean. When I'm back in NYC, I'd happily stay here again!
