Hotel berhampiran Hope Sculpture, New York

We always stay at Marriott, although I rarely use my Bonvoy membership. I always book our hotel through trip.com. The fridge had a bottle of Coke that had been drank by the previous guest. The hair dryer bag is dusty. Everything else looks good. They provide free water during check-in and a raincoat in case of rain. The breakfast seems decent for the price.

Customer service specially at the reception desk was very poor - they would never say please or Thankyou. If you ask a question it’s too much trouble or work for them. Overall experience was good but customer service is something that you need to take as a grain of salt when you visit /stay here

The location is not far away from Times Square (around 10 min walk), with kitchen, hot water (self boiled, which is not often in NYC hotels as they do not often offer kettle). A large refrigerator is offered, the host replies message promptly and all the check-in instructions are clear. The only thing that I think could be better is that I chose to stay at the ground floor, which still left some decoration smell. I think it could be better to choose to stay at the second floor with easy access to the kitchen. Recommended to stay at it at NYC since the price is fair!

The location is great! The bunk bed style bedrooms was accommodating for two people and had a good amount of space.

The negative part is the elevator always crowded in the morning. It does not have to stop on every floor even if full. It only contributes to the problem. On plus side, staff were very good. Specially John in the restaurant. Chris in maintenance and Martina was helpful in getting the airport transfer. Cold water was available all the time in the lobby.

Highly recommend. The hotel room was much larger than most in nyc and the amenities and room itself was also great. All the staff were very attentive and service overall was impeccable. The location was amazing as well being super close to the river and the battery park and wall st. I would definitely stay here again.

To begin with, I must stress that we only used our room, and spoke to staff on the reception area. I’ve no idea on the quality of the rooftop bar nor restaurant at the hotel. Location: We booked knowing that this was in the Financial district, but I was elated with the location. We got the air-train & subway from JFK and the hotel is just a few blocks from Fulton Street Subway station. I am a quick walker, and found that the World Trade Center was only 5 minutes from the hotel, the same with Wall Street / the waterfront which was a great location to me. There were plenty of shops / restaurants / etc. in the area (where doesn’t have that in NYC?). There was construction work taking place across the street from the hotel entrance, but never any issues with traffic or noise. Reception / Staff: We arrived in the evening on a Wednesday and the staff on reception were really welcoming as we were checking in. They were taking the time to say hello to returning guests as they came through the lobby. We experienced this ourselves whenever we returned to the hotel. It may be a small thing, but it showed good customer service to me. Room: A lot of rooms in NYC are “small” when compared to counterparts in other cities so I never expect masses of space. I was happy with the size of our room when we arrived. We were on the 21st floor, and our room was on the corner overlooking the front of the building and the construction site across the street. There was small walkway between the door to the room and the bedroom. 2 of us stayed there with 2 cases and we found enough room to move around. The bed was comfortable, everything in the room worked. We had a coffee machine and bottled water given to us for drinking. The bathroom had a shower & toiletries, and it was clear everything was clean. When I'm back in NYC, I'd happily stay here again!

Hotel terletak sangat baik, berhampiran dengan WTC, Battery Park dan Wall Street, 15-20 minit berjalan kaki dari Jambatan Brooklyn, beberapa laluan kereta api bawah tanah di hujung jalan. Bilik dengan 2 katil bersaiz queen, bersih walaupun haus dan lusuh, peralatan tempat tidur sangat selesa, namun bilik boleh menjadi sempit jika anda adalah 4 orang dewasa dengan 4 beg pakaian besar. Sungguh memalukan bahawa kakitangan tidak semestinya mesra dan tidak mempunyai kemesraan manusia. Komputer dan pencetak tersedia di kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Kompromi yang sangat baik antara kualiti dan harga.

Very nice hotel inside, being in Chinatown it caters primarily aimed at Chinese clientele, hence it was difficult for us to find many options of vegetarian breakfast. Having said that, there was always fruits, breads, toasts, etc the standard staples so no complaints. Reception staff weren't too welcoming as they seemed to just get you past their desk, not sure whether that was racism or just the culture. Rooms are nice and spacious and location of hotel is very convenient for travellers depending on public transport. Several of chinese eateries right at the doorstep.

Saya tidak menjangkakan untuk menginap di hotel yang bagus pada harga yang murah. Ia benar-benar melebihi jangkaan saya. Ia mempunyai rasa hotel berbintang (banyak hotel dengan empat bintang ke atas memberi saya perasaan hotel ekspres domestik, tetapi yang ini mempunyai suasana hotel berbintang).
