Royal Hotel Bronx

The shower pressure was extremely weak! The rooms could use a paint job and new mattresses. Microwaves and/or small refrigerators would be nice. I like the area it's in, alot of stores nearby.

The room was dirty. The walls were dirty the towels had stains. I did not feel safe there.

I just checked in and with in 10 minutes we checked out because of bad atmosphere

Staying in this property was a nightmare it was dirty the personal is extremely rude. The sheets were dirty. The whole building smells like ****. It’s a very dangerous place and I don’t recommend it to anybody. People were screaming and fighting in the middle of the night and it was impossible to contact the front desk so they can see what was going on. I had to call the police to have some peace again. ******* didn’t care about the whole situation and when I asked for a refund so I can go somewhere else they didn’t want to do it. They didn’t care about our safety and the hotel is actually a shelter. Please if you want to enjoy your trip in New York. Don’t go at the Royal Hotel Bronx. I promise you will regret. I have pictures with the bed cover dirty with bloods and other disgusting fluids. If I could give them 0 stars i would.

Place listed on-site parking, not true, just one spot so you can check in then you have to go find street parking and it's difficult to find. Elevator is dirty & so was the room. Walls, bathroom & door. No toilet paper in the room. A little plastic square supposed to be a ice bucket and it was cracked so was the replacement. One microwave, one ice machine for everyone in the building. No iron or mini fridge.

The front desk person was very disrespectful/rude. This is my fourth hotel this stay and this is by far the worst I have experienced. The front desk person asked me to sign a document that stated all the rules I was required to adhere to, including not having a guest, and in addition, to agree that the room is ok. When I told him I was not prepared to sign that the room is ok prior to actually checking the room. He got really irate. I am happy to say If this hotel is the only one around even if it is free I will not be going back there.

Nice looking hotel, however they do not have complementary disposable cups in the rooms but they do have an ice bucket! The blankets are lightweight and the beds are not comfortable.

The sheets and the covers of the pillows dirty, and without ironing, the blanket dirty and had hair, apparently they did not change the sheets, and when I asked for clean sheets they told me that you had to wait 2 hours, in the bathroom there was no soap and dirty and wrinkled towels. The front desk manager have a bad attitude i felt threatened i thought my life was in danger

It a little more improvement. Very clean. It needs to have private parking. Really bad to look for parking. Also they should put a fridge and coffee maker.
