Disappointed, room key did not work at first had to go back to reception. En-suite sink had brown water took over an hour for maintenance to come ‘resolve’. en-suite barn door came off rail and I dropped on my foot when trying to fix it. The barn door had a poor quality mirror all wavy reflection hard to use. Wanted to treat my self to room service in pyjamas but they asked me to come down to reception to collect food even though I spent a small fortune. Room service food was so expensive! And I was told I had “included breakfast” until I went to the breakfast in the morning and they said no. Also a $250 incidental charge which I still have not seen returned. Also there was a fire alarm during one of the nights. Would not recommend or stay again.

The Hotel had a renovation ! Everything is fresh and comfortable . Area is close to Time square and Central Park ..

Great location of the hotel, 2 streets away from New York Times Square! Quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. They allowed baggage storage at the hotel, which is really convenient for us to walk around the city area after checking out and before leaving New York!

The room is big and clean ,consider good in the prime location and easy access to public transport

Good location near to Time Square and bus subway station at central area, but the coffee machine is not working inside room and the deposit is more than room fee…

Great location but the room is very dark and the washroom is tiny. One of the front desk staff was rude.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The place was conveniently close to both penn station and grand central. The area around was pretty clean and close to lots of attractions. The street food and restaurants around are pretty good. The price is not bad for a business traveler or a couple spending a weekend in NYC

Great place, exceeded my expectations. Clean rooms, bigger than a lot of better name hotels in the city. Friendly staff.

Bad air conditioning, The room has smell from kitchen all day long, even we stay at 28th floor which is far from kitchen at ground level.

It was pretty easy to book, find, and to get into the hotel. The front desk person has the room keys ready, so we got to the room in a few seconds. It was clean and quite even the room was located next to the elevator. Me and my friends have relaxed time there.

Very convenient located, close to Subway, Bus, and Train Stations, right at Times Square
