Sesuai untuk penginapan jangka pendek kami. Semuanya sangat mudah; lokasi, kemudahan & dobi percuma. Pemiliknya (mungkin) mempunyai sekotak pemanas tangan untuk dikongsi di ruang tamu bersama. Satu-satunya aduan adalah bahawa pancuran adalah sama ada benar-benar panas atau benar-benar sejuk, tidak banyak masa untuk di antara suhu. Juga, fyi tiada lif di dalam bangunan. Amat disyorkan!

As a solo traveler who just wants a clean, hassle free, comfortable, no surprises place to stay this was that and so much more. This place is more like an Air B&B, less like a hotel which I very much liked. It's a newly renovated 4 level brownstone and it was immaculate (Dec. 2023). I liked the fact that I had a front door code and room code emailed to me and that made check in quick and easy. Beautiful common area kitchen and sitting room which I didn't use but nice to see. My room was comfortable with a bed, desk, private bath. Nicely decorated but not over done. Doors and walls all new and freshly painted, it felt like I was their first guest. No TV which is fine for me. Laundry room available which I didn't use. There was no elevator so if that is an issue for you, know that up front. You enter the building through a typical street level gate to get to the lower level door into a very nice entry foyer. Your room could be on level 4 so if stair climbing is an issue with bags in tow you may want to reconsider. New AC/heating unit that works and an operable window. I stay in the city often, I see lots of beat up places, this is not one of them. I look forward to booking a room here on my next stay, for me it is exactly what I look for.

Fantastic location. Super clean with a well equipped central kitchen. Everything was perfect except there was no mirror in the bathroom, and the mattress was soft and uncomfortable with a plastic mattress cover that was noisy and hot to sleep on. We never received the email with the entry code but luckily that did not end up being a problem.

Book it!!! This place is AMAZING! So comfortable and relaxing, yet close enough to walk to Times Square, Rockefeller, etc. Our room did not have a TV, but who goes to NY to watch TV, anyway :) Absolutely would book again!

Loved it it was very clean had a great location only thing missing was a vending machine for pop. Would stay again

This is a walk up building with only stairs and this is not in the listing but it’s 4 floors. There’s no hand soap or mirrors in the bathroom either. But it’s a beautiful home that has lovely clean spaces and a good location.

We love this place, good location, the building is clean, the room is clean and new, the common area with kitchen and living room is great. The owner, manager is friendly. We would come back again.

Love this place . Easy to go everywhere .Feel like home

Overall it’s a no frill hotel with basic amenities provided.
