Breakfast was great

Great location, great customer service, enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Room felt big for NYC and even had a small kitchen. Mattresses were uncomfortable. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Friendly staff. Included breakfast starts to close way before the hour announced and, even though they let you through, you get the impression that you're so late and interrupting their cleaning. Elevators are probably due maintenence. The area is very convenient.

No frills, but clean with friendly and helpful staff. Location is great. Close to Times Square and transportation but not in the middle. Nice access to Bryant Park and quick walk up 5th Avenue to great window shopping. Big plus was when I arrived at 9am for 4 pm check-in they offered available room on low floor. Breakfast is nothing special but edible and will sustain you for work/sigh-seeing until lunchtime. The rooms are ok. Quiet. A little worn but clean. Think dorm room. A plus for me was generous size and supply of bath towels. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Only concern during stay was lack of security in only guest access to upper floors. Elevator did not have functioning room key swiper/clearance.

We have a nice stay, staff at the front desk and restaurant were kind and helpful all the time, the only think that I don’t like was the size of the bathroom, was so small, you need to close the door to use sink, because was behind of it, besides that, the rest was great.

Staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was a bit old and stale. The room wasn't dirty but definitely not super clean.

I fly in from LA to NY monthly. My office is in Times Square this is a great option. Next to the train station everyone thats works there is nice. The place is clean, easy to find, warm. And the kitchen in room is a major plus. Definitely the main reason I stay here.

Super comfy beds, very friendly hotel staff and excellent location. Stayed here for one night with my kids and had a great stay. Merik at front desk gave us a corner room which kids loved and gave us fantastic dining recommendations. Thanks Merik, will stay here again in next visit to NYC
