Ulasan M Social Hotel Times Square New York

The hotel has a very good vibe. Room is simple but clean, no any disposable items such as tooth brush, cotton pad, nor coffee pot. In the morning coffe service is very slow, take at least 10 minutes to serve a cup of machine-made coffee.

Clean room very clean fresh feel in bathroom Fun in lobby breakfast good enough with good view ! Atmosphere just lovely , no boring in hotel

The hotel itself is in a great position and beautiful. The beginning part of the stay was great and the hotel offered a very warm welcome and allowed us to leave are bags and check in two hours early. The stay took a turn when after quickly realising we were given a different room to being booked (one double instead of two). When being this up with the front desk it felt like the hotel really didn’t like it if you didn’t book direct, they didn’t even check if there was a two bed room available and left me to contact the trip who I booked the room with. Trip were fantastic and after they contacted the hotel they did apologise and offered us a bottle of red wine which was appreciated.

The water was cut off and I couldn't wash and came out. It was a pity that there was no action against him. Also, the additional payment has not yet been canceled. Please cancel it. Other location, service, friendliness, room condition I am satisfied with everything.

Great location for Broadway especially the Music Man and Funny Girl. Balcony off the upper lobby is a great place to have a night cap. Some stains on the mattress.

真是一個不無聊的住點。房間整潔，有無小費都打理乾淨。露台可看時代廣場，吸煙區分割清晰。團隊友善。行李可免費寄存，無論早到到還是離開，當然適度小費自己得體。出門太方便了。街對面甜品店是牛店，門口自助機下單一目瞭然。周圍的劇院美食盡情享用。著名景點都在二十分鐘步行範圍內。安全！房間無咖啡機和微波爐，大概是定位客户早出晚歸吧。

離廣場近，走路幾分鐘到位置可以，就是國內橘子酒店，但在紐約就算便宜了吧

本來應該下午4:00才可以入住，但是提前了三個小時就到了，前台的先生也給我們辦理了入住，感覺管理非常人性化，酒店位置非常好，附近買東西吃飯都非常方便

酒店挺方便，樓下大堂很熱鬧，房間可以看到時代廣場的一部分
