We really enjoyed our stay! Upon entering this hotels customer service was outstanding! Very friendly staff. The rooms were very clean. Safe! Great city views. We will be returning on our next trip.

Great location, around the corner from Rockefeller center. Cons- was charged $100 for parking next door after validation from Hilton but the website says $65. After walking around all day we wanted to sleep in a bit however housekeeping came knocking at 8:00 A.M until we left at 12:00 about 4 times.

房間很小，空調是窗機，啟動的時候聲音很響，優點是你可以自己選擇冷熱。酒店有21層，每層十個房間，兩部電梯。但是經常衹有一部電梯在運行。退房的時候等了好多次，兩個人還是分次下去。如果你有大行李箱，碰到不友好的老外直接會拒絕讓你進電梯。酒店位於輔路，比在第五大道的主街上的酒店反而方便。周邊就是很多吃飯或者可以溜達的地方。建議收藏位置，防止不容易找到。如果就搜尋酒店的名字，會跳出很多同名不同地址的。要求不高，這個酒店還可以考慮

離時代廣場走路幾分鐘，地理位置很好，離地鐵口稍遠，需要坐兩站公交。房間裏沒有一次性洗漱用品，可以先看清楚包不包含

They sent me the confirmation number and when I arrived to the hotel the staff told me that the reservation had been canceled and the hotel did not have any other room for me and my family.

We paid for a package that included breakfast but it was not worth. Nothing worth. Totally different than what was advertised. Very disappointed and I wished I didn’t spend the money on it.

The hotel is directly across the street from my office so perfect location. The bed was too hard for my taste and even though I was on the 16th floor the garbage trucks that frequent pass the building kept me up all night. The hotel should have invested in double pane sound proof windows. Otherwise the hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly.

Standard hotel for the price and area. Rooms are small (double beds, not queens) and bathroom door is just a sliding frosted glass door (not private or soundproof). No closet big enough to hold a standard suitcase, though there is an oddly shaped cabinet where you could hang a few items. One small nightstand to be shared between two beds. Was very tight for a family of four; we ended up adding a second room because we couldn't move around space with all of us in it.
