Frontline staff were friendly. The location was just 10 mins to Airport with free shuttle bus service. Breakfast were standard American style.

Hotel rather pricey, AC was not working in my room but they were nice enough to move me to another room.

Really great place to stay since it is close to the airport (there's a free shuttle). Clean and comfy rooms. Services from the hotel staff were top notch. Would like to thank Kevin at the front desk, especially for being really welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Really cool person! The hotel is a little far from the main city if you're visiting NYC for the touristy things, but it's alright since the bus and subway services are pretty much accessible everywhere, you just need to navigate a little. The neighbourhoods nearby have lots of little stores and cafes too.

The beds were very comfortable and located a quick ride to airport.

Only 10 min drive to JFK airport. Hotel has shuttle bus every 30 min. Very clean.

酒店可以在機場的中央車站換免費的shuttlebus到達，前台非常客氣，入住非常順利。房間很乾凈，也很新，裏面有微波爐和冰箱。很方便。周圍很安靜。沒有牙刷和拖鞋。但是可以在前台後面的小超市買。有免費的早餐，各種茶水飲料，有熱水，對中國人友好。

相當於國內三星吧，還行挺乾淨的還是，就是樓下很吵凌晨大貨車卸貨，離機場非常近，有酒店shuttle，自駕也可以，也很方便
