The customer service is very good,the room is clean and breakfast is great,near the station ,i will come back

The room was not soundproofed, the room is in the 5th floor and we could ear the voices of the people in the street. We couldn’t sleep. The central heating was to loud! The personal at the front desk working at night was not friendly. I don’t recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay! The staff was so nice and the location was perfect. So many things to do nearby, close to Times Square and all of the attractions. I would absolutely stay here again

性價比不算高！很老的酒店，衞生間非常小，洗臉盆估計歷史也悠久了！ 房間還是乾淨的，但不提供任何水或咖啡壺。床特別軟，睡的腰疼！ 位置好，在第五大道，去中央公園或時代廣場都方便！ 價格2800多一晚了！

酒店在時代廣場附近，交通便捷；客房內部衞生環境好。可惜入住時酒店餐廳在裝修，沒有早餐；浴室中的浴缸也無法使用

La camera era molto vecchia

Arrived at 2 am. Heat was not working the first night. Complained to the front desk first thing in the morning. They had a maintenance person come over who said we should’ve set the fan to on instead of auto (it was still set to heat so it did not make sense but we followed his advice) Left for the day without changing the setting and came back late at night to a cold room. Froze for two nights.

The hotel is worn and showing its age. The TV only got a few channels clearly. When I asked about it, I was told it is what it is until they finish renovations which hadn’t begun. Not really happy out that. The staff was friendly and courteous and you can’t beat the location.

TVs never work properly, rooms are worn and even the suites are worn. Needs new carpets and bed overhang that has fabrics needs replacing. Only good thins are friendly staff and best showers in NYC with the best water pressure.
