Ulasan Ace Hotel Brooklyn

The Ace Hotel in BK is a pleasure to stay at. The staff is very warm and helpful. Very down to earth Brooklyn feel. The hotel is clean, the vibe is great and the room size is larger than most. I’ll be back next time I’m in NYC!

First of all, I have experienced Ace Hotel Portland few years ago, so I chose Ace Hotel this time also. I trust this brand. 1) Location : Subway A,C,G line is very near from the hotel, so It is easy to move to Manhattan. Also, East Brooklyn like Williamsburg is not far from here. We usually used the Lyft for moving to Williamsburg, and it took about 15min. 2) Cleanliness : the hotel room was well-organised and very clean. Room-keepers were very kind and there are no difficult to communicate. 3) Service : Reception and room-keepers and engineers were so kind and very helpful. 4) Facilities : I have used Gym, and it is small but well-organised. Treadmill is good, but Cycle is malfunctioned.

Love the Ace Brooklyn! Ended up doing 12 nights here

非常棒的設計，很英式的酒店，氛圍很好，合適的房間看到天際線和布魯克林大橋，樓下的早餐貝果店很快捷，晚上一樓是Bar，很熱鬧，住在高層不會收到打擾，位置方便，布魯克林適合商務出差和年輕人，有地鐵的轟鳴聲，推薦給大家

缺點： 1. 淋浴水很小，真的很小，可能因為沒有淋浴門的關係怕水大了濺出來？ 2. 吹風機功率很小，吹一個短髮也要十分鐘。 3. 枕頭太軟了 4. 樓下有地鐵和bar，最好選擇高區 優點： 1. 設計酒店整體和細節都很棒，非常棒！ 2. 沐浴露洗髮水很好用 3. location可，地鐵和超市都有 4. 服務不錯，room service叫了就來 5. 樓下black seed的咖啡和貝果不錯！

Rooms were very clean and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. My only complaint was there was no coffee pot in the room, which is only an inconvenience if you’re a coffee fiend like myself! There was an electric teapot and teabags, and the other in room amenities were great. We enjoyed the entertainment at the Lobby bar, and the food at their restaurant as well.

It was ok - high price commands expectations - property quality starting to show wear and tear. 1am fire drill with repeated intermittent messages after it already had been made clear that it was a false alarm not winning prizes either. Final grade - meh

Rooms were concrete walled and extremely sound proof. Did not hear any noise outside the room. 5-10 minutes walk to Barclays, subways and lots of restaurants.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Ace hotel in Brooklyn, NY. It was quiet and hospitable. The Gym gave me an old school vibe it made me feel I was meant to be there.

Great location, very kind and friendly staff. The room was bigger than we expected, and the bed was super comfortable. Unfortunately, there is no coffee maker in the rooms, and the hotel does not provide complimentary coffee to guests in the morning (you have to stand in line and pay $$$ for coffee at their restaurant). Other than that, and the slight gas smell near the elevators on our floor, we really enjoyed our stay. Subway lines run under the hotel, but since we were in the to floor, we didn't hear that at all. Having the lines so close makes Subway access very convenient! We plan to stay here again for sure.

I arrived late at night and the lobby was a night club with very loud music. The staff person at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. There is nothing but price that makes this a four star hotel. They don't even provide complimentary coffee in the morning. The bed is comfortable. The decor is great, but for what they charge there should be some customer service and the rooms should be immaculate.
