Tremont Hotel

This place looks absolutely nothing like the pictures! It was a dump. The first room had holes in the sheets, sheets were stained, and no bathroom knob. I Got moved just to have the new room have burns in the comforter and there 2 small dirty towels that were ripped. I got locked in a stairwell, and all the knobs inside the stairwell were removed... huge fire hazard! I had to call the employee at the front desk to let me out. If I was staying more than one evening I would have left and found somewhere else to stay. Awful place, don't waste your money.

The toilet didn’t flush the ac didn’t work and there was gross stains on the bed. The lobby smelled like smoke and the street outside was the worst neighborhood. DO NOT STAY HERE

Everything in the rooms were either broken or not in use. I had to change rooms due to light not working just to put me in another room where the door handle was broke

Convenient and easy to get to. Shopping area is around and lots of take out options. The hotel is nice and very clean. The lady staff can be a bit brash when coming to your room knocking on the room door. But other than that it’s good.

Holes in the sheets, one very small towel for two people, not a place to stay at again for sure.

Not kids family, the facility is immersed in smoke I mean there’s nothing like no smoking.room. The hotel lobby was very dirty & noisy. The smell of **** wakes you up and if you have a respiratory problem please advise yourself because my flur up.

Overall very clean place. Top bed sheet had a burn hole in it, mattress cover was ripped but sheets were clean. Very easy check in/out. Busy area that hotel is in. Streets are a little loud at night. Have to park on very busy streets or pay for parking about a mile down the road at a garage. Overall I’d stay again and recommend

unprofessional and unsafe! booked a king room for my family last minute and in middle of the night someone used a key card and came into our room and quickly closed the door. It would not have been possible if the lock on the door wasn’t broken and someone wasn’t given a key card to our room.

When I got to the front desk worker was in his phone and didn't acknowledge me until I tapped on the glass..he was still on the phone while handling my check in had to ask several times was he talking to me he was like nah I'm on the phone..got to the room and I have pics there was NO LATCH to lock the door,the bathroom had NO DOORKNOB,the towels and washcloths DIRTY,glad I always bring my own,the covers on the bed had cigarette holes,the mirror had a big crack in it tried calling and going to front desk no staff I felt uncomfortable so I called a male friend who lived in the area to sit with me for a little whilr....the fire alarm went off every 5 minutes so I couldn't get comfortable because didn't know if it was real then another person staying said the alarm went off 3 times in the last hour prior to my arrival just thumbs down do not recommend *tried to add pics wouldn't upload*
